O'Neil's Heating & Air Conditioning is a solid company! Paul & Amy are easy to work with, very professional and accommodating. They replaced my HVAC system and dryer vent quickly and professionally. Everything looks great and works great! I will definitely be using them for all my future heating and cooling needs.

My A/C went out last week. It was hot, and going to be even hotter this week. I contacted O'Neil's and they were out the next day to look at my 24 year old A/C unit. As expected, I needed a new one. They sent me the financing company and I was immediately approved. They installed my unit the next day. They were quick, professional and affordable. I am truly grateful for their amazing customer service.

Beyond excellent! Texted them Sunday morning and got immediate response. Service was performed 7:30 am Monday. No charge even though problem was not due to their system. Kind, friendly, personable and patient. Can't praise them enough!

The AC quit working and things were warming up. I called a couple of other company's but they couldn't schedule for a couple of days. Wanted to go local and O'Neil's HVAC was the first one listed for my area. I gave them a call and they scheduled me immediately for same day service. Their communication via text for the scheduling was awesome. Got a text and a phone call from the owner and he made the service call himself.

Paul O'Neil was thorough and found the issue rather quickly. The needed part was not on his truck so he headed out to get one from the shop. Once completed, he made sure everything was working properly and I was pleased with the overall cost of the project. I liked the company so much that I am signing up for the maintenance program.
