I have not personally used Intracoastal ( but will when I need too ) I'm writing this review for my mother in-law . She isn't tech savvy but her experience was worth a review. Billy was very attentive to her needs , was knowledgeable and quick to get her Heat working as fast as possible. He was professional and kind . We highly recommend using him in your time of need !
