The service was very professional and provided me with all the information I needed to make a decision.

The technician called when he was on the way, showed up on time and took the time to explain to me what was causing the problem we were experiencing and how to prevent it from reoccurring. He was patient, thorough and did a great job. We have used Moore Appliance Service previously but it's been years - and both experiences were great. I highly recommend this business!

We had a known issue with our gas oven. The tech was prompt, knew he was knowledgeable, and even had the part with him. We are always pleased with Moore Appliance service!

Cameron, from Moore Appliance, came out, assessed what part was needed to fix the problem and he had the washer running beautifully in no time at all. I was not charged anything. When I contacted Moore Appliance Service about a leaking washing machine, I was added to the schedule ASAP. Jay, my extremely professional, polite, and punctual technician, called as he was on his way to my home. Although I learned that my 18-year-old washer is unfortunately beyond repair, Jay conducted a thorough inspection; researched the prices of replacement parts, one of which is no longer available; offered valuable insight into keeping a new washer in the best possible shape; and performed a "patch job" on my old washer to tide me over until I have a new washer delivered and installed. I highly recommend Moore Appliance Service.

The technician who came to look at our Bosch dishwasher was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. The scheduling staff were very friendly, professional and helpful to get my dishwasher look at. Moore appliances has always done a fantastic job repairing all of our appliances.

Service is not dead with Moore Appliance Service. Keith was there on the day of the appointment and more importantly was right on time. We had an issue with our refrigerator and if need a new fan. The part was ordered and it was installed in the same fashion one week later. It is working beautifully again. The communication with the office was also spot on.
