Here for Water Heater Replacement estimate. On time, knowledgeable, friendly. Offered suggestions I hadn't thought of. Called 2 other plumbers in past week - never got a response from either. Benjamin Franklin responded quickly, showed up on time, and answered all my questions.

Keith was very professional! He arrived quick especially for it being a weekend. He explained everything to us so that we would understand what is going on and the cost. He helped us so much thank you for all you did!

Ben Franklin plumbing installed a custom gas fireplace that I purchased from another vendor. They did an excellent job installing a new propane gas line and tank! Keith and Isaac did research before coming to ensure they knew how to install it correctly. They were ALWAYS prompt, courteous, and professional. It is beautiful and I can't wait for the weather to get colder to use it. The only hiccup I had was trying to find a compay that was willing to fill the propane tank since it was an owned tank and not leased. I was hoping it was going to be a more streamlined process, but the install was amazing from start to finish. Thank you!

We were hearing a ‘whooshing’ noise in a wall. Aaron came right out and fixed our problem-an outside leak. We always receive efficient, competent, and courteous service from Benjamin Franklin plumbing!

Travis was great, friendly and competent. He answered all of our questions and unclogged our drain easily. But I thought Ben Franklin's standard charge for snaking our drain ($309) was excessive for 45 minutes of work.

I have worked with many contractors in my lifetime and Ben Franklin of Southern Pines takes the prize for the best customer service, response time and service ever! I cannot say enough positive things about this team. From the service coordinator to the actual techs, it's first class service from people who make you feel like you are a valuable customer.

Jonathan was prompt and did a great job. We are a busy dental office. Having a bathroom down is not good. He had us up and running quickly. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!

I was lucky to get a great plumber that was friendly, professional, proficient, and very capable. He was prompt and actually easy to talk to. I'm sure they have other good plumbers, but I'm very glad Jon was mine. Now I worked with Travis and he too was great. They have the best plumbers, both in skill and personality. Love them both!

These guys are great! The worker came right on time, found the issue with my propane heater and fixed it with in minuets! Very intelligent, polite and an over all nice guy. He worked very cleanly and quickly. I will be calling them again for future repairs!

Called 4 plumbers on a Friday night for emergency service related to a gas leak. Benjamin Franklin was the only company able to send out someone that night. The crew they send was over the top. Excellent craftsmen, and excellent customer service. After the job was over they left the place cleaner than when they arrived. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with this company and the two men - Keith and Isaac - that provided our service.

I called because my gas fireplace were not starting and Ben Franklin Plumbing installed a new set. Few years ago. They technician did an r clement his of installing. On this call Keith came out to check out the system. After a bit of testing, clearing the air out of the system and checking batteries, he got the logs started. Keith knew what to look for and got the issue resolved quickly. Yes I may have been able to do it myself, but I didn’t and I’m very happy there is a professional who was able to take care of it, much faster than I could. I will definitely call Ben Franklin Plumbing when I have any other issues that need to be fixed.

Best plumber in town. In Moore county to get a contractor same day it's rare. Ben Franklin Plumbing picked up the phone within 2 rings, sent a plumber out within 4 hours and fixed everything I needed in a couple hours. The plumber Keith also identified a potential issue and fixed it for me. Overall one of the best experiences I have had in Moore county.
