Was charged labor erroneously on annual maintenance fee, which is the cost of the labor on units. Called office and labor cost was removed, with no hassle and an apology. Great company, have patronized All Americans Heat and AC for many years and will continue to do so.

Technician arrived on time , was very courteous and professional. Kept me apprised of where he was in process and did not drag any dirt in to our home. Thanks for great service.

Nothing but amazing things about this company. I shopped around multiple different companies for a new furnace. I have been without heat for a week and a half. I spoke with All American on friday, it was super last minute notice. They gave me a quote and made sure to get someone out to do the installation the very next day. They went above and beyond to get me setup with a new furnace. Within 24 hours of speaking to them i had a new unit installed. Not only did they come out extremely last minute, they came in on valentines day and sourced all the materials with only a moments notice. Mr. Larry and the tech were super knowledgeable, respectful, honest and transparent. The tech worked extremely fast, had my old unit out in 20minutes and a new unit installed in 2 hours. Mr. Larry told me exactly what i needed and didn’t need so I could save myself some money. Any other company would have tried to sell me on something that isn’t necessary. The honesty and integrity this company has is absolutely amazing and rare to find. I could not be any happier with them and the result. They have definitely earned a permanent return customer from me! Thank you gentlemen.
