This Is a business that doesn't want work or Will only work for rich individuals. I just wanted an estimate of their work can't get it unless I pay in advance doesn't seem like someone who wants new business. I guess middle class people don't need their service I'm sure I'll find someone who wants to work

High prices and poor quality plants. Every plant this company installed is doing poorly. They promise more than they deliver. Every time I look at the beds in front of my house I am disappointed. I really regret going with this company, knowing now that I could have had bigger, better plants than those they installed.

I needed my irrigation system updated and Wilson's came to the rescue

They are very nice people. They have some minor scheduling issues from time to time but I think thats all small businesses. They are very knowledgable. I had some trees that died and I was outside my warranty period for them, and they were nice enough to replace the trees and only charge me the labor.

Interesting & ironic Wilson's took only hours to respond to my post here on the lack of response to multiple phone messages and email. My comment had nothing to do with the work they do just the lack of response before even being a customer and the communication in advance of knowing that they charge for their quotes.

Took many days to respond after multiple messages. Lady was nice, apologetic. They are busy, first quotation appointment 1.5 months out and wanted $125 for quote visit, credited if you go with them. That's a first! Proof they are busy, smart for them filters out tire kickers. Just wish they would have put that on their website or on their answering machine so I didn't waste my time waiting and kept calling them back. Too many good landscape companies out there to wait to pay to do business with them.

Elaine & Chad were so kind and professional. Beautiful work and even completed the job while we were away! We look forward to future projects and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Excellent Landscaping service! Chad and his team not only went above and beyond for our final product, but their attention to detail throughout the entire process makes working with them an easy and rewarding experience for the entire construction process. I am eager to have them come back for all of my landscaping needs.

From the moment we met Chad, we knew he understood what we wanted. Dan and I know nothing about landscaping, but Chad seemed to interpret our thoughts into an actual landscape plan. . We put our trust in Chad, his landscape plan, his ability to accomplish what he presented. When the crew showed up they were so professional and polite. They worked so hard! Elaine and Mary Anne (in the office) couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant to work with and talk to. If you are hesitating hiring Wilson Natural Landscaping don’t - they are the best!

We interviewed Wilson's and liked their ideas and knowledge. We called and spoke with Chad on a Thursday to ask them to design and landscape our backyard. Chad said he would be out of town on the weekend but would email us an itemized invoice and initial design by the end of the day on Monday. We did not hear from him at all that week so I called him on Friday. He was apologetic but said he would get us the information by that next Monday afternoon. We again did not hear anything for the entire next week. I called and left him a message on Friday. He called back the next day, Saturday afternoon, to say he was at a wedding but would get us the information on Monday. On Monday afternoon he sent an email with a price for the job but no itemization or ideas on what he intended to do. We then emailed him back to say we had decided to go with another company. He had the nerve to respond back that he wished we had told him before he expedited the information. Is he for real? This was 3 weeks after he initially promised to get us the information. I am not sure what kind of work they do but they definitely do not follow their own promised deadlines.

Wilson's Natural Landscaping did a great job removing our old landscaping and planting all new plants. Their pricing is very fair. They left the job site completely cleaned and did minimal damage to the area that they were working in. I would highly recommend.

This is the most irresponsible, poor quality company I have ever hired. Their prices are outrageous and the quality of plants are very poor. Approximately 25% of the plants and shrubs they planted have died - mainly because they used poor quality mulch and buried them too deep - the plants suffocated. They took months and months to come back to replace the dead ones and they came back with small, poor quality replacements for the same plants and they actually tried to plant nandinas (essentially an ugly bamboo like weed) and cheap plant to replace some lovely loropetalums that died. Other dead shrubs the didn't replace. I told them to just give me the money back on the dead ones and we would get something on our own but they ignored that request.

Plus - they charge you to come give an estimate for what you want. And, once the owner comes out and you sign a contract, you can only speak to his assistant after that - you have to tell her what you want and wait for her to talk to him and call you back.

Finally, they gave us a quote on some drainage work and it was literally TEN TIMES more that the quote we received from another company (who did a great job).

This was a $25,000 job!

Do not use them.

Wilsons Natural Landscaping did a great job making the vision for our front flower beds and rear patio edging come to life. The team, lead by Mike, was professional, patient and courteous. They worked efficiently and with class. We are so happy with the quality of products and the result.

Chad came out to price the job (drainage, fire-pit & walkway) he came out again to review the goals & discuss plans, materials etc... work didn't begin until 2 months later. The team of workers were great! But no Chad on site to explain job to team / no drawings... & we were told we'd have flagstone steps (they look more like concrete / just plain gray) some of the plants still have not grown or bloomed. Some stones on the fire-pit came loose & 1 area looks like a child built it! I called & they sent someone to fix the stones, but the plants & steps are a HUGE disappointment! $12K spent & our expectations of the job as explained & in contract was not what we received. Sample stones should have been provided, for customer approval! I'd be happy if they took all the steps out & delivered a pallet of 'flagstone' to match what we already have on 1 side of the house.

The whole process was great. They had excellent communication. Never cut a single corner and actually made my design look so much better with a few tweaks. They truly are masters of their craft. Highly recommend them for any and all landscaping, hardscaping or drainage issues.

I was very impressed with the work that was performed on my property. I had 18 trees planted. The work was appropriately staffed and very professional; they had the necessary equipment to manage the work efficiently and protect my property from unintended damage; and, they left my backyard better than they found it. Would definitely recommend their services.
