Great service. Came out the same day to check on it. We needed to replace our heat pump. Greg Cox outlined all of our purchase options and purchase plans that made it easy to choose just the right product to suit our needs and budget! Installers arrived on time and were friendly, courteous and diligent getting our new heating unit installed and running. Everyone made a process that can be stressful easy, quick and painless. This is our second unit we purchased using Climatech Heating and Cooling and we would recommend this company to anyone whether it's for service or a new installation.

Matt was not only on time but actually a little early. Very professional and knowledgeable about the situation. Troubleshot the issue quickly and efficiently. Determined that the thermostat was the problem. Changed it out and heat was restored. Would recommend Matt and Climatech for your repairs. The repair cost was fair and reasonable.
