Great service. Came out the same day to check on it. We needed to replace our heat pump. Greg Cox outlined all of our purchase options and purchase plans that made it easy to choose just the right product to suit our needs and budget! Installers arrived on time and were friendly, courteous and diligent getting our new heating unit installed and running. Everyone made a process that can be stressful easy, quick and painless. This is our second unit we purchased using Climatech Heating and Cooling and we would recommend this company to anyone whether it's for service or a new installation.

Matt was not only on time but actually a little early. Very professional and knowledgeable about the situation. Troubleshot the issue quickly and efficiently. Determined that the thermostat was the problem. Changed it out and heat was restored. Would recommend Matt and Climatech for your repairs. The repair cost was fair and reasonable.

Shane was very prompt and helpful. He explained how long the service call would take and was right on target. I had a specific issue I wanted him to look at with our humidifier and he paid attention to the issue and gave his candid assessment.

Climatech did a great job servicing our heating/cooling system. They quickly answered all the questions we had before scheduling our service. Our service tech Jeremy B. was very knowledgable and very professional. He explained what he was doing and was very friendly and helpful. Climatech services my home twice a year to keep ahead of any HVAC issues neglect on our part may cause over time. I appreciate their consistency and thoroughness. I would highly recommend their services. Clayton most recently serviced my home and did a particularly thorough job.

Jeremy was very nice, he was on time, he cleaned up everything explained everything to me showed me everything and was a pleasure to deal with. I hadn’t had any maintenance since I moved in which was seven years ago so I was very glad I was recommended back to Climatech who installed everything in the first place and have them check everything out. Definitely a lifetime customer.

This service call was part of the semi-annual maintenance for Cooling & Heating — despite being busy they had me scheduled the very next day after my initial call as a new customer. The office staff was very friendly, polite, and answered all my questions without trying to sell me more services. The technician that arrived was professional, kept me informed at each step, and made some recommendations that we discussed. My wife and I are very pleased with the service and look forward to working with this company for our future HVAC needs.

Prompt and professional service at it's best. When our AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year Climatech had a tech at our house that same afternoon. Problem resolved within an hour and they even took the time to check for warranty coverage on the parts - and they were covered! Thanks Jeremy! We weren't Climatech customers prior to this repair work but we will be from now on.

We were referred to Climatech and very appreciative of that. We received fast, professional, and expert service from David as he evaluated the complex HVAC in our small business. He offered various alternatives as to the scope and cost of the project rather than, like others, try to upsell. In less than a day he gave up a couple of proposals and answered our questions. And thanks to this great service we’re on our way to a new system. We also had a service call from Josh who was equally timely, professional, efficient and personable. So far our experience has been exceptional.

Patrick is the best technician I have ever dealt with. Not only did he show up EXACTLY on time, he called me 30 minutes prior to check with me to confirm my availability. Upon arrival, he immediately went to work in the 100 degree heat without question. He spent the extra time teaching me everything I need to know to operate my system efficiently. He spent time setting up my zones to my requests. I highly recommend using Climatech for all of your Heating/Cooling needs. Thanks!

Just wanted to leave a review and mention that Josh was a great technician he was able to solve the six-month headache I've had known as my thermostat wiring in less than 30 minutes. The service manager cut me a pretty good deal in regard to work cost so I foresee a long term use company here.

Shane is a competent technician and pleasant to work with. All members of Climatech’s service team are unfailingly so. They always arrive on time, finish the task as quickly and efficiently as possible, and text the bill before leaving. It is a great company to work with.

My technician was Matt McIntosh and he was great. Very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He listened to the problem, diagnosed it quickly and fixed it even quicker. From the time I called to the time my ac was fixed only about 3 hours had elapsed.

Our business called Climatech last December during the frigid winter storm. They were so prompt, polite and accurately diagnosed our situation and assisted with getting us back up and running. Since then we have been on their Seasonal Maintenance program. All of the staff are pretty great, but if you are fortunate enough to have Bruce Hooper as your Service Pro, you will be extremely pleased with his customer service and caring manner. He never made me feel as though he didn't have time to answer my questions. He made me feel as though I deserved his professional attention and that he was happy to perform his job. He's polite, thorough and very kind. I have no worries knowing Bruce and all of the Climatech staff are around to help when I need them!

Josh was great. He fixed our air conditioner and got it up and running again on this hot day. The company was in communication through out the day to let me know when they were available and also got us in the same day we called for service. I would definitely recommend and use them again for their services.

Been a customer of Climatech for almost 7 years, I have the maintenance plan, they come out twice a year to maintain our HVAC system. When I’ve had an issue they come right out. All the service people are courteous, punctual and knowledgeable. Shane K. came out today and as always did a great job. Thanks Climatech!

Climatech and its employees are excellent! In four years of working with them, I've had no issues with scheduling my planned maintenance. They are always responsible and one-time for service appointments, and the techs are always helpful and happy to answer any questions I might have. I will continue using them in the future.

Matt from Climatech came to our house to perform a fall readiness maintenance for our units in our home.

We recently took possession of the home and we’re still learning about our HVAC system. Beyond servicing our systems, Matt took the time to explain how are systems work and gave an excellent assessment of the overall health of our systems. He was very professional and explained in a way that we could easily understand. We were very happy with his work and will be requesting that Matt come back for future maintenance calls
