I would highly recommend Andre and his team. Andre was responsive, respectful, reasonably priced, and fit us in quickly. His team did such a great job and cleaned up the area so well upon completion. I’m very pleased.

Andre and his crew had our trees down in no time considering they were huge trees! Very happy with the service and professionalism Andre and his crew gave us! They even made arrangements to get one of my cedar trees saw milled for me into boards! Outstanding job!

Elevational Heights Tree Care is who you want to call for exceptional work at an extremely fair price! From getting an estimate to the day of our tree removal, Andre was polite, professional and prompt with excellent communication. He handled removal, clean-up and coordinated stump grinding so it was all taken care of in a matter of hours. I would highly recommend them!

Andre and his team did an exceptional job removing some very large and complex trees next to our home. He communicates clearly in both the scheduling and details of the job. He and his team arrived promptly at 8am and were efficient and detail oriented. These trees were very, very large, hanging over the house, and next to power lines - they took them down piece by piece and didn’t even disturb the flowers. We also had the stumps ground and they cleaned up and leveled the ground nicely. I highly recommend them and will have them back the next time I need trees removed.

Andre and his crew did a great job. I called to get my 80 ft. Maple trimmed. He got right back with me and gave me an estimate that day, which was much cheaper than anyone else.

I hired Andre of Elevational heights tree care of Thomasville nc on April 30 2020,to remove 3 trees from my property. Andre and his wife showed up with their equipment during the time that I had a medical procedure done,so I was only able to come out on the deck.I could not come down the stairs to greet them. About a month and a half later I was medically cleared and was capable of using stairs again ,I first noticed that my gutter block was cracked in three places, i also realized that there was way to much mulch left in my yard from the tree stumps.I called Andre of Elevational heights tree care and had him come over to discuss my concerns.He showed up and I pointed out my issues ,Andre was very apologetic and promised to replace my gutter block and to use his motorized bucket to remove the excessive amount of mulch left in my yard.That conversation took place in June of this year, I have not heard back from Andre or anyone else from Elevational heights tree care,even though I have left 4 to 5 messages on their phone .I got sick of looking at the ridiculous amount of mulch in my yard ,so I had the mulch removed only to find out that underneath the mulch are two huge tree roots that are sticking up out of the ground.I am left with the understanding that Andre did not want to remove the mulch because i would see the roots.In closing how could a tree professional not inform the customer of such danger just feet away from my deck in my back yard and what if one of my grandchildren were to fall on or over those huge roots.I feel let down and taken advantage of and this is incompetence at its finest,a incomplete job ,a dereliction of duty.
