Mi amigo David hace muy Buenos trabajos lo recomiendo 💯💯💯

Awesome Job

Quality work and I am very pleased with the completed remodeling job

They did an excellent job, they stayed to their time frame and was finished in a week even when the rain held them up. Very satisfied with the work and
cleanup afterwards.

David is easy to work with and responsive! He followed through on everything he said he would. Very professional in contracts and communication.

Great contractor. Deaton has completed several projects for us. We have been very pleased.

I needed to have my pack deck support system fixed, have a set of stairs added and my guard rails around the deck repaired. I called Deaton Builders. The owner, David Deaton , came out the next day and gave a very reasonable estimate. The job was done in a timely manner and I am very satisfied with end result.

The proprietors are extraordinarily professional and things you wouldn't have a thought about is David's first priority. It seems like he approaches each job not as a job but more as an opportunity to treat each endeavor as a glimpse into the nearly 25 years of expertise he and his Superintendent have. Please pass up just a job. These professional gentlemen offer white glove service. 5 stars all the way! 😀

I was so impressed with how easy it was to schedule my bathroom remodeling job! It was even BETTER that they were on time, had everything they needed to get the job done all in one visit, and the price was perfect! I travel quite a bit and am always busy crossing things off my 'bucket list', and this was a big one! Oh, yeah, and the workmanship was amazing!! Love it, love it! Deaton Builders was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and they truly cared about my property. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Deaton Builders recently completed a master bathroom remodel for us, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result. David was supportive of our desire to balance incorporating certain upgrades while staying within a budget. The end result included replacing a tub and fiberglass enclosure with a walk-in tile shower and sliding glass barn door, installing wood look tile plank floor, adding a new quartz countertop and sink, installing all new medicine cabinet and fixtures, scraping a popcorn ceiling, and painting. David’s team got to work quickly after we signed the contract, and were always respectful of our home while working in it. The overall project was completed in a reasonable time, with only a couple of minor delays waiting on special materials that we’d selected. David’s original quote on the project was competitive, and he kept us well informed of the impact of potential changes (e.g. tile upgrade) before proceeding. We would definitely recommend Deaton for your home improvement needs.

Windows & Door Replacement went great! These guys are a great group of workers who are very professional and very down to earth. If something doesn’t go right, they fix it. David is an honest contractor and easy to work with. I look forward to more home projects with David and his team.

What can I say about Deaton Builders. They did an awesome job on our addition. Beautiful work. The workers A+. They were so respectful and a pleasure working with. Customer service was excellent. They saw my vision and went to work. I even change/added things and they adapted to the change with no problem. Give them a try you will not be disappointed.

Couldn’t be happier with the outcome! They gave us exactly what we asked for. Everyone was extremely nice and we look forward to working with them again in the future.

Highly recommend! They do outstanding work & are reliable, skilled, and they pay close attention to detail! Whether it’s a big project or smaller repairs, the quality of the craftsmanship truly stands out! It’s clear the owner takes pride in what he does! On top of that, he’s honest, hard-working, and just an all-around great guy to work with! You can trust them to get the job done right! I wouldn’t waste your time looking elsewhere!

David and his guys have done two projects for us and we couldn’t be more pleased with each one. One was a screened in porch and the other was the kitchen remodel we’re very satisfied with both projects and highly recommend them.!

David and his team did an outstanding job building our screened porch. The workmen paid attention to every detail from the first nail driven to cleaning up afterward. We would highly recommend Deaton Construction for all your building needs.

David and his team completed a beautiful restoration of our front porch and transformed our covered patio into a cozy sunroom. I appreciated his commitment to visiting the site personally throughout the process and was impressed with the hard work Steve, Brad, and his subcontractors put into our project. I would recommend anyone looking for an affordable, professional, quality builder to give David a call.

Our experience with Deaton Builders has been great, called us back in a timely manner, came to our home when they said they would. David made us feel comfortable with our decision to use them. When the day arrived for the demolition of our old deck and replacing the new one the guys, Steve and Brad were awesome. Hard working and so respectful and polite. Would recommend Deaton Builders to anyone.

This is the second job we’ve contracted to David and crew. I can’t say enough about the quality of their work, expert craftsmanship and professionalism—all done at a fair price. I highly recommend Deaton Builders for your home projects. We also prefer to support a local Archdale/Trinity business.

Deaton Builders repaired our garage floor/driveway due to a broken sewer line. They did an excellent job and were in constant communication with us to keep us informed of the status of the project and provided us with a detailed report upon completion. David and his team were great to work with and we will recommend them to our friends.

David and his team did an excellent job on our new composite deck. It was finished professionally and timely. We have received many compliments from our neighbors. Highly recommend!
