What locals say about HVAC in Unionville

3N1 HVAC worked me right into the schedule. The technician was knowledgeable taking time to answer and explain my questions and concerns. He was even able to arrive 30 minutes prior to the first appointment! Best HVAC company with reasonable pricing!!! I will definitely use them again!
-
Tech was very knowledgeable. Shared mush knowledge with me with a few suggestions for a homeowner. The maintenance plan is great

We always have a great experience with Steve and 3N1. If your looking for honest people for any ac repair or maintenance these are your guys!

Technician was there early (very much appreciated considering my home was 90’), very professional, and friendly, explained the issue /repair needed in detail. Very reasonable price. I did not feel like I got ripped off like I have in the past! Amazing experience!! I will recommend them to my neighbors moving forward!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a great experience today with our Tech Adam. He explained in detail what was going on with our system and the steps to repair it. I highly recommend this company over many other larger ones in the area that charge way too much for this type of repair. I received several quotes, and this company was the most reasonable.
-
As always great service provided by 3N1. Adam was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable regarding the humidity issue we were having with our system. Micah and his team are the best!

Adam came to my house on a hot Friday afternoon. He clearly explained my options to get the upstairs ac running again. He identified the issue and will order a part next week when the supplier is open. He checked the least expensive option first and it was not an option because of the Freon leaking out. Through each checkpoint he kept me informed. I will be looking forward to his contact next week that the part is in. He said that a complete estimate will be given to me upfront. He also told me about the company and I will be using them for electrical work coming up in my house in a few months. I live in Fairview and am thrilled to find a local company that I can support and that will support me. Update 6/26/2025 Danny arrived promptly at the scheduled time to install our new ac unit. I received the same friendly service and in less be that 4 hours we had cool upstairs. I highly recommend this company.
-
Adam was very informative about my heating repair and got the work done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend 3n1.

We lost our heat on Thanksgiving night. Steve came on Friday and determined which part needed to be replaced on our furnace. Unfortunately, it was not a simple repair. He was here for 2 hours, but we are toasty now. Steve is a super guy (and not only because he made our house warm again)!

Frequently asked questions
-
Is GigoPro free to use?
Yes. Browsing businesses, reading reviews, and comparing providers is free for everyone. Business owners can create a basic listing at no cost.
-
How do you verify businesses on GigoPro?
Every profile goes through moderation before it appears in search. We check that the business is real, active, and matches the category it claims. For regulated trades, we look for proper credentials, and inactive listings are hidden automatically.
-
How do I choose the right contractor?
Start with ratings and recent reviews, then compare the services offered, location, and response time. Contact two or three providers, ask for written estimates, and compare what each quote includes — not just the bottom line.
-
Can I list my business on GigoPro?
Yes. Create a free business profile to reach local customers searching for your category. You can update your services, photos, and contact details anytime, and customers can book you directly from your profile.
-
How often is the HVAC directory updated?
Business owners update their own profiles. Our team also refreshes hub pages and removes inactive listings to keep search results current. This page, for example, is reviewed and updated monthly.
-
How often should I have my air system serviced?
At minimum, once a year — ideally a spring tune-up before cooling season and a fall check-up before heating season. Systems that run year-round, older units, and commercial systems often benefit from professional service twice a year.
-
Repair or replacement — how do I decide?
Ask each contractor for both a repair quote and an honest assessment of the unit's remaining life. As a general rule, if a repair costs more than a third of a new system, or your equipment is past its expected lifespan and breaking down repeatedly, replacement is usually the better value. Get two or three opinions before a decision this large.
-
Can companies on GigoPro handle emergencies?
Yes — many list emergency and same-day service in their profiles, with stated after-hours policies. Open the profile and check the response-time and availability information before you need it; in a real emergency, filter for companies that explicitly offer 24/7 service.
-
How much does service cost?
Costs vary by region, system type, and job — there is no honest single number. Reputable contractors provide written estimates after inspecting the system, and comparing two or three is the best way to understand what your job should cost.
-
Can I leave a review after booking through GigoPro?
Yes. After your job is done, you can rate the company and describe your experience. Verified reviews from recent jobs are exactly what helps the next homeowners in your city choose well — and what keeps listed professionals at their best.
