My stove went out. I reached out to Mr. Lozano with Mister Sparky and he had a technician scheduled the next day. The technician, Chad, located the problem shortly after arrival and had it fixed in no time. Extremely satisfied with the service I received.

Charles is one of the most impressive contractors I have met in the 25 years I've been in the real estate business. He is soft-spoken, articulate and not afraid to communicate what he knows is the right thing to do, based on his obvious experience. They were fast (able to help me within 24 hours, other places told me at least a week) , affordable (cheaper than anyone else I called) , and eager to help me. The customer service staff was kind and understanding and helpful setting everything up, and our technician, Chad, was polite, personable, helpful and went ABOVE and beyond to help me, all while explaining what was happening and working to problem solve. We called about a broken microwave and turns out our breaker panel had some issues from when our home was built a few years ago. If it wasn't for Billy we would have bought a new microwave and loose it to our electrical problems. Now our home is safe and everything is fixed. Absolutely recommend!

Awesome! Very professional, down to earth and was very nice to my kids. Got in did fast and great work. Will be using again if I ever have trouble in the future but with the great work I don't see them having to come back out so I guess never seeing them again is also a good thing.

All I can say is call them for your electrical needs, you will not be disappointed. Chad provided excellent customer service. He fixed some issues as well as added recessed lighting in our kitchen and living room. I could not be more happy with how everything turned out, the new lighting books absolutely beautiful.
