Tier 1 technicians came out to our rural area home because the newly installed heater stopped responding to the new thermostat. They made a few little adjustments and everything fell into place in short order. It’s been working great since. Thanks for valuing your customers and making sure the new machine settled in at the old farmhouse. We appreciate it!

My Technician- Daniel was very knowledgeable. He came right in and was quickly able to diagnose the issue with my heating system. He explained throughly what the issue was and was able to fix my heating issue.

Tier 1 heating and air is truly a great service to our surrounding area. It all started 4 months ago when our upstairs a/c unit went out we had Choice Home warranty they sent Tier 1 out to us. At first they thought it was the compressor and choice home fixed it. I still didn't work tier 1 then said it was the TXV VALVE and we should get a new unit. Choice Home Denied the claim saying it was not due to normal wear and tear even though Tier 1 said that it was. We had to pay $800 out of pocket to fix it. And it still didn't work. We were on month 2 no a/c in April and May. Tier 1 worked hard with us gave us great suggestions and different avenues to help us. We had to file another claim with choice for them to finally say they will replace the whole system. Plot twist out of the $5,800 system they were only going to pay $800 we had to pay the rest. Tier 1 helped us get financing and talked with me about understanding the contracts with warranty companies . They were very communicative, respectful of our situation, and kind. Like everyone from owners to office staff to technicians. If you are dealing with a warranty or with them in general you are in good hands. April 1-July 19 2023 they worked with us and if we need to do any out of pocket work we will use them again
