Carpet install was great.

I have been trying to get a response from Home Depot and their 2 x 6 pine supplier, Cox, for their "guaranteed" product which turned black after installation. It's been 6 months and only promises. The Cox wood is garbage - it looks worse in 1 year then the 15 year old deck I replaced. Oh, and the splitting and checking of the wood is not guaranteed. Beware.

Installer was great. House carpet installation was great. We were sold improper carpet for 3 season room but caught it before instal.

The fence is beautiful! The backyard now feels like a private space for our family to enjoy.
The workmanship is excellent. The panels are 6’ so there are more posts in the ground. Very strong.

Happy with the quality of carpet. However the carpet seam in the master BR was only supposed yo be 1 seam out of the walkway. Instead there are two seams with one seam near a high traffic path. Those were not the planned cuts.

I really enjoy shopping at this Home Depot location, I can always find everything I need for my home improvement projects, and the staff is consistently friendly during my visits.

Well, I think that Home Depot should have more experienced people working in that department for installations. They were very helpful and very kind there needs to be some more interaction between pricing specials, deferred payments, etc. I’m giving this a five star rating because the team that they hired to do the install new exactly what they were doing and did a fantastic job fast efficient, clean and completely satisfied.
