I attempted to replace an outlet yesterday and it created and ARC. I was concerned something was wrong so I called Tripp Electric. As most companies have started winding down for the holidays the owner said he would come out personally. He diagnosed the issue in 5 minutes, and fixed it in 10. When I asked how much I owed, he just wished me a happy holiday and left. This is the reason I like local businesses so much. I will definitely use them again in the future.

This company came recommended to me by another electrician that wasn’t able to meet my timeline and they did not disappoint. They were very responsive in getting us scheduled. When they arrived, they wore clean booties in the house, and took them off EVERY time they had to go to my garage or out to the truck for something. They worked quickly and efficiently, and I was really impressed with the work they did. Very reasonably priced, as well. They will absolutely be my go-to electricians for any future jobs.

We had the BEST experience last evening with Tripp Electric!! After trying everything possible to stop our smoke detectors from beeping (3 hours), I finally gave up and called their number. The owner could not have been more helpful. Long story short, he was able to talk us through troubleshooting this issue with multiple calls and suggestions to try to save us money. After helping us on the phone for at least an hour and a half, we finally found the problem (a forgotten carbon monoxide detector was the culprit)! This kind of service is hard to find these days and I am so grateful that our issue was resolved without costing us anything. When and if I need an electrician going forward, Tripp Electric will be my go-to! Stellar customer service!!! Thank you so much for giving up your Saturday evening to help us!!

Received a site unseen estimate of approximately $1900 for wiring of new hot tub because my house was over an hour from the electrician. Provided photographs and exact lengths of PVC that was already installed. Disappointed to receive $2500 total bill without any prior notice due to extra wire even though my measurements had been accurate. Then later discovered that the galvanized ground rods that were supposed to be installed were never installed.

I've used Tripp a few times, and Lee is just an exceptional electrician. It's rare you get the trifecta of timely, high quality, and good pricing - but these guys have it. Won't hesitate to use for future projects

Tripp Electric did a great job with our new VFW storage building. They were extremely professional and worked with the Town of Wake Forest to get building permit for the new wiring approved. They were extremely fair with their pricing for us and we appreciate the quick response they provided to our organization.

Lee is fantastic. My wife called him today for a service on an outlet and our doorbell. After a short description of the problem, Lee identified that the problem was likely a GFCI breaker that had tripped. He explained that we needed to find and reset a faceless GFCI that should be somewhere in the garage or crawl space. Found it, reset it and problem solved. He could have charged us a service visit to flip and switch. We really appreciated his advice and integrity. Will call again. Thank you, Lee.

Best electricians ever! Lee has a great team (Jake, Logan & Niko) working with him. Skilled, professional and personable. Installed recessed lights in a difficult to access area, tape lights to our bar cabinets and a timer to our garage coach lights (saves on electricity). We are very pleased with their work and should the need arise, will use them again.

Tripp Electric has helped me many times at my restaurant Over the Falls in downtown Wake Forest as well as at my house. Lee and his team always deliver and today for instance they worked us on a tight scheduled day because we had a ceiling fan in our lobby start to smoke and blow out which caused us to not have any lighting in the area. They were out within a few hours and replaced everything and we are back at 100%. I highly recommend them for your business or home.
