I have used Phoenix for several years now. Sometimes companies start strong and then fade. Not Phoenix! They have done excellent work for me for years - prompt, thorough, and reasonably priced. Jim responds very quickly to inquiries, and obviously cares deeply about creating and keeping very satisfied customers. I recommend Phoenix very highly.

We are a multi business property and we have used Phoenix Cleaning Solutions for many years with great consistent results. The carpets are incredibly clean, the workers are so polite, accomodating and always on time. We will only use them for carpet cleaning for the many years to come.

This was my first time using Phoenix Cleaning Solutions to have an area rug cleaned but it won't be my last. They were communicative, punctual and did a great job cleaning my wool rug that had several pet stains. Will be recommending them for sure!
