I have used Phoenix for several years now. Sometimes companies start strong and then fade. Not Phoenix! They have done excellent work for me for years - prompt, thorough, and reasonably priced. Jim responds very quickly to inquiries, and obviously cares deeply about creating and keeping very satisfied customers. I recommend Phoenix very highly.

We are a multi business property and we have used Phoenix Cleaning Solutions for many years with great consistent results. The carpets are incredibly clean, the workers are so polite, accomodating and always on time. We will only use them for carpet cleaning for the many years to come.

This was my first time using Phoenix Cleaning Solutions to have an area rug cleaned but it won't be my last. They were communicative, punctual and did a great job cleaning my wool rug that had several pet stains. Will be recommending them for sure!

They are the only carpet cleaning company I will call and trust. Their guys are courteous, professional and informative. I have 30 year old carpet in my living room but good quality and they always leave it so white and fresh smelling. I had a dog vomit emergency yesterday and they showed up within a couple hours and made it all disappear. I had a bad experience with a Group on once. After they left I called Phoenix. Thank you for being a trustworthy and affordable family business.

We are amazed at how great our carpets look! With three dogs and 6.5 years without a cleaning, we figured most of our stains were hopeless, but they look brand new! They were on time, friendly and the results were awesome - we will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

I have a grouted vinyl tile which is 11 years old. The grout & floor were dirty even though they’re mopped every week. After the Phoenix crew finished the floor looked great. Tiles & grout so much cleaner. The 2 employees were very informative and explained everything related to the job. Thanks!!

I have used Phoenix Cleaning for about 8 years and highly recommend them. 100% reliable in every way, plus they do an excellent job. The employees are polite, arrive on time and work efficiently. Jim always returns calls promptly. They are so easy to work with.

I have used them twice now. Once to help get pet urine smells and stains out of a small oriental. This most recent time I had a large oriental cleaned on site and a larger one taken offsite to deep clean. Jim was knowledgeable and helpful to determine what would be best for my needs. They showed up on time and got the job done efficiently and with good attitude
I have had my carpets cleaned on site by lots of different companies over the years and I wish I had found a Phoenix earlier! The carpet was amazing clean and soft and fresh smelling. No fragrances just clean and natural
And they got out spots that no other co was able to deal with. Highly recommend and I will never use another service again.

I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Phoenix. They were very professional, gave advance notice more than once about time frame for arrival, were forthcoming about which services would be beneficial and worth the expense and did a super bang up job on our upholstery and area rugs. I recommend Phoenix with no reservations!

My experience was one of professionalism and excellent quality of work. I let Nate and Curtis know that I had difficult stains that I wanted them to address. They informed me that they would definitely try to get the stains up. They were able to remove the stains. Amazing since I had two other carpet cleaning companies that could not remove the stains. Phoenix Cleaning Solutions will be the company that I will use moving forward!

This was the second time I used Phoenix and I’m glad I stuck with them. The people came to clean the rugs and carpet were very nice, polite, fast and went out of their way to make sure everything was done right.

I’m having them back to do all the upholstery next month and I feel certain they’ll do another great job.

Paul and Jacob were so nice and did a fantastic job. They took the time to explain everything to me and answer my questions. With a family including six pets, I really appreciated that everything they used in my home was nontoxic and safe for everyone. My carpets smell so much better! I’ll definitely be using them again.

The two men from Phoenix Cleaning Solutions did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets. They were pleasant, efficient, and were able to remove some marks that we thought might be permanent stains. The carpets dried quickly and look great!

I have used Phoenix Cleaning Solutions twice when a townhouse I own has been between tenants. They have been able to accommodate last-minute scheduling both times and have done a phenomenal job making the carpets look phenomenal. All of my tenants have had dogs, and the day after Phoenix has done their job, you could not tell a dog had lived in the house. Very kind, very responsive, on time and do great work. I could not ask for more, and I will call on them again.

My sister and I surprised our mother this year by getting her carpets cleaned and Phoenix Cleaning Solutions made the experience pleasant from start to finish! I found them from Angie’s list and requested a quote from their website. I received a call from Jim not even 10 minutes later!! He was very helpful and knowledgeable, I liked that he was honest about what I’d need and what I wouldn’t. I was able to call and schedule a visit before the holidays which was a huge plus! The prices were very reasonable and my mother was beyond happy with the quality of work. I’ll definitely be recommending this company to all my friends and family in the future!

I recently used Phoenix to clean the carpets in my home and they did a great job. Bynum was very helpful and responsive in setting up the service and Austin and Jacob did a wonderful job on the carpet. Everyone I dealt with at Phoenix was very professional and a pleasure to work with - I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!

The team at Phoenix Cleaners are top notch. We just had them out for a fourth time to help clean our carpet in our kids rooms and playroom. They’ve also helped us with area rug and upholstery cleaning in the past as well. They are always responsive and do a great job. I highly recommend them for any type of cleaning needs.

We have used Phoenix Cleaning several times and have been thrilled with their timeliness, professionalism & the outcome of the floors they have cleaned. We have Travertine in our kitchen & it has cleaned up beautifully! They have also gotten stains, including slime, out of my carpets that I had pretty much given up on!
We will definitely use their services again.
We have 2 kids and 4 pets, so you can imagine that Phoenix Cleaning had their work cut out for them. 😀
