I called Doug around 5 pm on a Sunday, by 7:15 my ac was back on and in working order, for him to be so responsive on A SUNDAY NIGHT, and get my emergency taken care of, for an extremely reasonable price is a miracle. Thanks Doug and Holm Heating and Cooling for helping me and my family!!

Woke up to a cold house this morning. Doug was able to come out same day and fix our heating system quickly and explain the issue. Highly recommend

Doug does a great job. He services our heating and air system twice a year. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain the conditions of the units, any maintenance required, and does a great job on repairs. We highly recommend him!

Doug came over and evaluated out system when our very old unit stopped working. He was able to get us a new unit at a great cost. It is more energy efficient and much more powerful than the old unit we had. His installation was perfect and it works amazing. I highly recommend his service!

I can’t thank Doug enough for everything he did for our family. We had the worst luck of both our HVAC units not working the first time we turned the heat on for the year. With two little kids in the house, this was a huge problem. I called Doug around 7:45pm that evening and he was there by 7:45am the next day. We had both issues fixed within two days and his pricing was more than fair. Doug went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. I would highly recommend using him for anything you need HVaC wise. He was there when we weee desperate.

I really can’t say enough good things about Doug. He really went to bat for my family last winter when both of my systems went down and we were battling a home warranty company who claims they are here to protect me. With his expertise, he was able to turn a really difficult time for our family in a positive outcome. Throughout the process of having 2 new units placed, we had so many questions that needed answered. Not just from us but the warranty company as well. Doug’s absolute professionalism and responsiveness was fantastic and made it as smooth as possible. He is very easy to get in contact with and returns calls promptly. Doug has continued to check in on us several times to make sure all is well. I highly recommend his company and I will continue to use his services as well.

I can’t express enough how amazing Doug has been for us. Holm heating and cooling is the most honest and dependable out there. Whenever we have had an issue he goes over and beyond to try to come same day which we appreciate so much. And a bonus he has the best personality!!!!

Doug is highly recommended in my neighborhood, and with that, I called him when I had an issue with my HVAC system. He was very responsive and was able to come on the same day. Doug was very knowledgeable and explained to me the problem with the unit very well. He replaced two parts but the price for his service was still reasonable. I highly recommend Doug and will contact him again in the future.

We have been using Holm heating and Cooling for years to service our old HVAC units and just had 2 new units installed. The old units lasted 18 years thanks to Doug.

Extremely hot day. AC stopped blowing cold air about 4 pm on a Sunday. I was beside myself as I am elderly and have a pet. Took a chance and Googled AC repair near me and found Holm Heating and Cooling Inc. I spoke with Doug who was polite and professional. He agreed to come right away. He diagnosed quickly as a bad capacitor and replaced on the spot. Very fair price. He is very personable, clean and knowledgeable. I will be doing business with him in the future. I highly recommend him.
