We recently had our unit go out. One call to Piedmont and I was assured someone would be out shortly. We were pleased with the tech and how polite he was. He diagnosed the issue and we needed a part ordered. He returned once the part came in and had us up and running. We were please with the whole experience! Great prices and great service!

My A/C went out in my home and I called several companies in the area in attempt to get a technician out to fix it. Either they were closed or booked while some didn’t answer the phone. I called Piedmont Metro and explained my situation to the secretary and told her I had a child here with medical issues and it was imperative that someone came out as soon as they could. The owner Robert called me within 20 minutes and told me that I had a bad situation and he would assure we would have A/C that day. His crew showed up and replaced my whole unit. Two weeks later we had another issue with the air, they came back out and fixed the issue to ensure we had air for our little one. Definitely a great company and put their customers first!!! Thanks a lot guys!!!
