On 3/14/24 I contacted three tree removal companies who service Alamance Co. One in Elon, one in Burlington, and one in Wake Forest. The two local companies (Elon & Burlington) still have not responded back to me as of today 3/20/24. Jose of Gonzalez Tree Pros contacted me on the same day of my inquire being 3/14/24. He asked for pics of my yard needs and we arranged a meeting for an estimate at on 3/18/24. I felt the price was very fair so I approved the online estimate that I was sent and Jose said he would fit me in for the work to be completed when their schedule allowed it Jose messaged me on 3/19/24 and asked if the tree removal crew could come out on 3/20/24. They were at my house at 8:45am. A team of about 6 gentleman. They trimmed and removed some smaller dead trees problem trees and removed one rather large tree that was a threat to my shed, and cleared overgrown brush and thistle along the side and back of my yard. They worked with swift precision and never stopped while doing the work. The crew cleaned as they cleared the land areas and I just could not believe what they accomplished in so little time. By 10:30am, they had finished with the removal and clearing and by 10:45am they had finished cleaning up wherever needed. The crew was professional and polite and their work was amazing. I did not get any other estimates as I stated above but this was my best well spent money that I have paid for home/yard improvement, ever. If you want great work done with fast response, result & cleanup, you need to call Gonzalez Tree Pros and Crane. You won’t be disappointed.

We were extremely satisfied with this service! They had 7 guys come out and completed the job in 3 hours. They were responsible, respectful and cleaned up everything. They were a 10-10 in my book. Thank you Gonzales Tree Pros for your outstanding service which is rare to. On my way! By these days! Bravo to you! Keep up the great work!

Nothing but high praise for this company and service. Took out a gum & ivy oak in under 2.5hrs and left like they were never there, with how amazing the clean up looks.

A well oiled machine of a team, just awesome to watch them do their thing with such ease and groove. Exceptional service and will recommend to anyone that needs a tree removal.

This crew did a great job. I had 4 trees removed and another 4 or 5 trimmed. 3 of those removed were leaning over the edge of the roofline, one of those trimmed was over the power service line into the house. With a large bucket truck and some tree climbing they completed the work in a day with zero damage to property or persons. I feel like the price was reasonable for the amount of work and risk taken. I should also add that they scheduled the work within only a couple of days and stuck to the estimate provided. I would definitely call them back for any future needs.

On time, right equipment for the work, and did what was planned. Clean up was okay, but there was a cut branch in shrubs and debris left on top of a tall hedge that was trimmed. No big issue on that stuff but not outstanding.

The service and end result were great. The only problem was that their equipment left some deep grooves in the grass by my neighbors home. I was told that they would come back out to fix it, but that never happened. I never made a big fuss about it because my neighbor never made a fuss about it

The estimate process was easy. However, the end result was not as described in the contract. The workers did not remove the trees nor cut them down into smaller pieces and put in the back of my property as had been agreed upon. When I texted and called before the men left, they were told to put the downed trees back away from the property. They did move them and cut them some but they did not put them where we had agreed upon. So now it's an eyesore. I would not have gone with the company had I known they wouldn't follow through. I had already mentioned that the first company didn't do what they said which is why I was having to hire someone else. The trees are down, but not disposed of properly.
