Tree reviews in Wake Forest, North Carolina

Shawn did a great job! He removed 2 huge stumps from our front yard and took care of several smaller stumps, all at a reasonable price. Great customer service and very easy to work with. I definitely recommend NC Stump Grinding.

Shawn did an awesome job grinding three stumps at my house. He showed up on time, he was economically priced, and was a very nice person to work with. I will use him again in the future when I have more trees cut down. Give him a call and get your stumps ground!

I had NC Stump Grinding come out and grind a stump that was very close to our house. The stump was also located in between our house and the neighbors house with little room to access it. The machine was able to compact itself to navigate confined spaces, including near the home sewer and cable and electrical connections. He was able to grind the stump into a nice mulch in only a few minutes and did not disturb any of the surrounding area. I would recommend NC Stump Grinding to anyone!

Very happy with the correspondence and end result. Shawn is a laid back guy who does efficient, quality work. He came out on time, asked about any concerns or considerations, and took care of the stump much quicker than I anticipated. I recommend him and will call him next time I need a stump removed.

Shawn was amazing !! Very responsive , we talked about doing 29 stumps and ended up doing over 60!! Additional scope was a fair price! Shawn’s equipment was new and very cool!

Shawn took great care of us. In a few minutes, he ground up a stump I'd been hacking at for a couple of years. You can see from the pic that he had a relatively small space to work in (fences on both sides), but he was careful and everything turned out great. Very nice guy, too. Highly recommend.

Amazing work. Shawn was great and very communicative.
The process was easy and he gave me a quote after sending pictures. Very quick and easy.
I had a tree stump and a few small stumps from bushes that were fairly big.

Shawn did a great work. I will reuse his company for my next projects.

Wow! Vendor showed up when he said he would - on time. Shawn proceeded to remove 4-5 stumps/large roots from the yard, then scraped the areas smooth and filled in holes with the dirt. He was pleasant, conscientious, helpful and polite. All was completed in a half hour and the charge was exactly what I was quoted. I will definitely use Shawn again as I clean up my new property.

Very professional and did the job very quickly. Left a little mess, including broken sprinkler system but they came out to take care of it. Job well done and I would recommend them! Thanks

On time, right equipment for the work, and did what was planned. Clean up was okay, but there was a cut branch in shrubs and debris left on top of a tall hedge that was trimmed. No big issue on that stuff but not outstanding.

Great service, we had a lot of trees and area to clear. The staff was wonderful and worked quickly! We love the yard! Thank you.

I called Owner, Jose Gonzalez, he came over within 30 mins and gave me a reasonable estimate to remove a small tree and grind the stump. Less than two hours later the work was done and the area cleaned up. All employees wore masks and were very respectful of me and my yard. I am very pleased that the whole process was so easy.

I have used Gonzalez Tree Pros and Crane twice. They provide excellent and prompt service from start to finish. I will continue to use them for my tree service needs.

Great company to work with. Brought in the right equipment and well trained crew to get the 10 large trees down. Were careful to not inconvenience the neighbors and dud great clean up. Highly recommend them!!

We have used Gonzalez Tree Pros on several occasions and have found them to be exceptional! They came immediately once after a tree hit our roof from a storm.

Gonzalez did an awesome job on our tree and stump removals. They worked in a tight space and were able to limit impacts with their crane. Will definitely be going back to them in the future!

The crew is very efficient and professional. Jose gave me a very fair price and his team left the property spotless after trimming up several large oak trees. Highly recommended.

Responded right away to my Email. The Owner came to my home and walked the property after a review of my idea Mr, Gonzalez and I came up with a practical and cost effective way of getting more sun light to my front yard with all of the over grown Oak's,Cherry, and Crape myrtles. The Crew was amazing polite neat left my Home spotless. My go to tree Company great company !!

Jose was very prompt with responding to my inquiry and came out the next morning to access my vines on my trees and make sure none were a danger to the house. He provided great recommendations. I will certainly be moving forward with his crew when the time comes. Thank you for the honesty and speedy response.

The service and end result were great. The only problem was that their equipment left some deep grooves in the grass by my neighbors home. I was told that they would come back out to fix it, but that never happened. I never made a big fuss about it because my neighbor never made a fuss about it

Mr. Gonzalez and his entire team were very professional, prompt, couteous, and performed the job the job quickly and tidy. I highly recommend them and will use them again for future projects!! I was very satisfied with the job. Thank you, Mr. Gonzalez and your entire team!!!
