I recently had the best experience with plumber Joe from Alex & Sons Plumbers. Joe came out to my place and turned out to be an absolute plumbing hero. He was right on schedule, maintaining a pleasant attitude even after seeing the state of my toilet and tub. He worked miracles, demonstrating his knowledge and dedication to the job. He was polite and professional, exceeding all my expectations. Needless to say, he was successful in clearing the blockage from the drain, removing an astounding amount of hair in the process. I consider myself very fortunate that he was the one assigned to my property!

Our toilet was leaking around the base, and after trying to fix it myself, the base cracked and started leaking again. Joe was able to come out the same day I called. He put in a new toilet, replaced the wax ring seal, and caulked around the base. He even cleaned up the bathroom floor where the water had leaked. Joe also moved our toddler’s old toilet seat over to the new toilet for us. We’ve used this plumbing service before, and now they’re our go-to plumbers. Highly recommend!
