I recently had the best experience with plumber Joe from Alex & Sons Plumbers. Joe came out to my place and turned out to be an absolute plumbing hero. He was right on schedule, maintaining a pleasant attitude even after seeing the state of my toilet and tub. He worked miracles, demonstrating his knowledge and dedication to the job. He was polite and professional, exceeding all my expectations. Needless to say, he was successful in clearing the blockage from the drain, removing an astounding amount of hair in the process. I consider myself very fortunate that he was the one assigned to my property!

Emmanuel and Joe were fantastic to work with. We had a slow draining toilet and they were quick to respond. Emmanuel clearly explained all the potential issues and what each would involve to fix. He started with the most likely and easiest problem to address and worked his way down the list until he found the root cause. Joe returned the next day and got everything fixed up perfectly. Having been taken advantage of by plumbers in the past, I really appreciate when they take the time to accurately diagnose the problem without trying to upsell unnecessary services. These guys explained exactly what went wrong and how to avoid it in the future. The team was incredibly responsive, and they will definitely be my first choice next time I need a reliable plumber!

Our toilet was leaking around the base, and after trying to fix it myself, the base cracked and started leaking again. Joe was able to come out the same day I called. He put in a new toilet, replaced the wax ring seal, and caulked around the base. He even cleaned up the bathroom floor where the water had leaked. Joe also moved our toddler’s old toilet seat over to the new toilet for us. We’ve used this plumbing service before, and now they’re our go-to plumbers. Highly recommend!
