Not dependable or reliable. No call, no show twice. Does not communicate. Very unprofessional.

I wish I could recommend this company because the septic installation itself seems to have been done well. Unfortunately, the experience surrounding the project was very frustrating.

Their scheduling and communication were extremely poor. I was told they would arrive one day, but they never showed up or called, then arrived unexpectedly the following day instead.

I understood going into this that replacing a septic system would leave some yard damage, but very little care was taken in leveling the ground afterward. When I asked about it, I was simply told to hire a landscaper. Repairs like this are already a major expense for most homeowners, so better communication and consideration would have gone a long way.

The biggest issue is that they bent one of my fence posts to the point that the gate no longer closes properly. This is a safety concern for my toddlers and dog, who regularly use the backyard. They said they would come look at it, but never followed up and have ignored my attempts to reach back out.

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I feel other homeowners should be aware of my experience.
