We are very pleased with the results provided by C.T. We were very frustrated with a previous landscape on our back hill. It was a mess. Zack proposed a plan which answered our concerns. We were also concerned that as the Common Area would need to be used to gain access, it was important that there be no negative impact to that area. Zack assured us that a light hand would be used and that when the Team left the HOA would be satisfied. Zack and Adrian worked quickly and efficiently and fulfilled every promise. These guys were great. First they responded very quickly to my internet inquiry. I had an issue with the drainage along my foundation. Zac was on site and did an excellent job of diagnosing my drainage issues and explaining the solutions available. After the work started he kept my apprised of the status. I would definitely use them again

My experience with this company was absolutely flawless. They came out and looked at our yard and were very thorough with exactly what needed to be done. We were quoted a price a few days later and set up a date to have our drainage issue fixed. It took them three days (and this was a big job) and everything looks great!! The picture is around our ac unit and it looks much better than when they started! I would absolutely recommend this company!

I had horrible flooding in my front and side yard. Zac and Alec came out and took me through the entire process explaining what needed to be done and how they would do it. They were extremely professional to work with and very dependable. They went above and beyond to make sure the drainage installation was done properly and my yard was graded perfectly. Carolina Terrain is wonderful to work with. Professional, great at requesting feedback during planning process so that our project was what we wanted and then some. Wonderful experience with 2 projects and ready to plan a 3rd. They planned and executed a retaining wall for our last project. They were faster than expected and did the job with minimal disruption to the rest of our space. Highly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Carolina Terrain and Pike Nurseries. The permeable pavers are even nicer than we thought they would be. The new larger gutters and downspouts give us assurance of proper run off even in the heavy rains! Our neighbors commented on the patio installation (very impressed!) and how the crew cleaned up so thoroughly at the end of each day. We appreciate the work of Alex, Zac, and the crew.

CR added riprap on both side-swales in my backyard. Plus drainage from my rear downspouts to the riprap.
CR was great to work with, through out the project - good, nice people. They stuck to their quote, did it fast, and I could not not be happier with how it turned out.

Carolina Terrain to the rescue!!! We had been dealing with basement flooding for months and went through contractor after contractor until we came across Carolina Terrain! Not only did they find a solution to our problems, but did it with excellence and left our yard looking better than it was before. Highly recommend!
(The photos don’t do it justice. They had to dig up near our foundation to fix the problem. They graded and mulched and planted grass where the yard was dug up.)
