Working with JCP was such a pleasurable experience. The finished patio is beautiful. The team went beyond patio construction by helping to find solutions to backyard drainage issues. Jeremy is knowledgeable about plants and planted a variety of bushes, flowering plants, and annuals. Thank you JCP team for making my backyard beautiful. See you in the spring.

Note: the patio that JCP built for us is pictured in the gallery.

I recently had the pleasure of working with JCP Landscaping for our outdoor space, and I can’t say enough good things about them! From start to finish, Jeremy and his team showcased an impressive level of professionalism and dedication.

Excellent company!

We had a wonderful experience building our home with Scott, Fallen and their entire team at On Point Construction. The craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the house is incredible. The building process went smoothly, and their team was professional, responsive, and great to work with from start to finish. We are so grateful for the beautiful home they built for our family and look forward to creating lasting memories with our family and friends for years to come.

Beautiful new house, love it!!

What to say about On Point Construction….Wow! They went above and beyond my expectations. I asked their opinions and got honest answers. They took my ideas and made them real. I could not be happier with OPC. Great to work with and would recommend them to anyone.

Scott and Fallen were a pleasure to work with in building our custom home. They collectively ensured all of our ideas came to life in our forever home! Highly recommend On Point Construction!

Couldn’t have asked for a greater builder and experience. Scott & Fallen were extremely helpful and attentive to details throughout the entire home building process. Definitely recommend them to any and all looking for a fulfilling homebuilding experience!

It was great working with Scott and On Point Construction! We had a great experience building our forever home. Scott and his team are knowledgeable, efficient, trustworthy, available to answer questions or provide advice, attentive to detail and reliable. They do a wonderful job! Highly recommend!

We are the Jordan’s of Lake Royale. . We chose On Point Construction to build our waterfront home utilizing a bank construction building loan. In the final stages, the bank informed us to maintain our promissory loan interest rate, we had two weeks to complete. Imagine our appreciation! Scott King organized the subs, incredible effort to achieve completion, inspections and CO. Yes, we just converted successfully to a mortgage at 2.99%. Thank you everyone!

When we started our renovation research, we knew we wanted a local builder with local vendors and subs so we could be sure to put money back into our local community (Wendell and surrounding areas).

On Point Construction was fantastic during the whole renovation process. Our project wasn't an easy one to begin with (adding 1500sqft to a 2200sqft 1980s farm house), then add in a pandemic and the fact our whole family (4 kids!) had to live in the house during the renovation.

Mr Scott listened to our desires on the design and layout of the house. What I really appreciated was he supplied his thoughts and directions as if this was his own house. Very refreshing to see from a builder.

When it came to the interior design and layout, Mrs. Fallen was a dream! I don't necessarily have an eye for design, but I had an idea of what I wanted. Mrs Fallen was able to translate my wants into real products and designs. It was like being on an HGTV show! Again, she treated our house as if it was her own, and that personal touch is something you just don't see every day.

The project did take longer than anticipated but not at the fault of On Point Construction. Thankfully they helped us to stay on budget and still get the house of our dreams.

I can't recommend their services enough! If you're looking for a local builder with local subs, On Point Construction is the builder for you.

An absolute joy working with the amazing husband and wife team! They accomplished way more than I ever expected in 4 short months and now we have the most beautiful forever home!! Fallen was great with all the little details and helping me pick out all the things that would flow and when something was done different than we wanted Scott made sure it was changed to exactly what we had asked for! Not to mention our perfect gift basket & card we received upon moving in.

Thanks Scott & Fallen for a great experience! 10/10 recommend 😁

On Point Construction built our home. The colors they chose for all the rooms were just what I would have picked. I think the fixtures are of high quality and add to the decor of the home. We've had so many compliments on our home. The square footage is not that large. It's amazing how the layout allowed for a large bedroom closet, a huge bathroom with double sinks, separate laundry room and large living room area. The hummingbirds keep me entertained on the back deck. I love the location. We were so lucky to have great friendly neighbors. This is truely our forever home. Thank you Scott

On Point Construction helped us build our dream home. Scott and Fallen are amazing to work with and made this process so easy. Their communication is top notch and their advice and expertise was so helpful. We have and will continue to recommend them to anyone.

Our initial decision of choosing a builder for our custom built home was simple due to the reputation of On Point Construction. Scott and Fallen were extremely helpful throughout the entire process from selecting an architect to choosing paint colors. The quality of our home far exceeds other homes I have been in that were custom built. We have had numerous family members and friends comment on the quality of our home. Scott was extremely helpful in explaining the process of building and where we were at in each stage of construction. Fallen’s eye for design was essential in helping pick out the different details for our home that made it as beautiful as it is today. I would highly recommend On Point Construction to anyone looking to build a quality home at a reasonable price. I am so glad we chose On Point Construction!

We met with Scott and Fallen King as a potential builder of our dream home and then wasted valuable time comparative shopping. We finally chose our first impulse. On Point represents pride and quality craftsmanship and we can attest to their commitment with our waterfront dream home in Lake Royale. During the construction stages, including a challenging permit process, we lived in Florida and relied on a "trust factor" when communicating building decisions with Scott. We highly recommend On Point Construction for all your building endeavors. Together with his wife, Fallen, they guided us down the path to our Home Sweet Home and forever future.

We hired On Point Construction to build us a custom home after weeks of researching builders. We previously lived in a home built by a large company who builds thousands of houses per year in the area, and we had multiple issues with it. This led us to be diligent when researching and then selecting someone to build us a custom home on our land. Scott and Fallen were super responsive and helpful from the very beginning and made a stressful and long process so much fun! Pricing and timeline were fair, and they were sure to keep us updated as our build progressed. They are very transparent and they build QUALITY homes. Our home is gorgeous and despite the current economy, we were able to adjust and make a few small changes with ease. We highly recommend On Point Construction to anyone thinking about building a custom home!

From the very first meeting with On Point Construction, I knew I had made the right decision in working with them. Simply put, they built my dream home, and they were a dream to work with. Scott, Fallen and their skilled and experienced team took into consideration every single detail from my stated preferences all the way above and beyond to things I would have never thought about.

Every step of the way, the quick and continued communication allowed me to instill a confidence in the team that exceeded my wildest expectations. It was abundantly clear that they treated my project as if it was their own.

It’s hard to put into words how amazing this experience has been. I’ve always heard of the headaches associated with building a custom home, but never experienced any of them because I went with On Point.

Thank you , On Point Construction, for making my dream come true.
