We have 2 small children (ages 6 and 3) and a cat so our carpet had some interesting stains. The scheduling was easy and flexible and the final results were fantastic. I hadn't seen our carpet that clean since we moved in. When he was finished, the house smelled clean. There was no overpowering or harsh chemical smell at all.
