I had some issues with my propane furnace the other day and was struggling to find someone to look at it, until I called here. He was at my house within an hour. Apparently the gas valve or something was set improperly (or something along those lines). Quick fix and had everything working for us right away. Will definitely be using them again for future issues.

I had a problem with my heating system last week. I called Your Service Professional and they came the same day and had the problem fixed in no time. Also while they were there they looked at a leaky faucet and made the simple repair for free. I will definitely call them again.

They didn't come in a time manner. First they were coming early morning. As the morning went on they said 10:30, by 11 didn't hear from them. By noon, we called and canceled. They are the ones that put our unit in originally. The A/C guy that came out said that there was something under the house that was put in backwards. Now that is corrected and a new compressor. We are cool as a cucumber 🥒. Communication is the key to customer service satisfaction.

So thankful for the excellent and quick service provided by Eric at OnPoint. He is a true professional. Tracy at dispatch is a joy to speak with. She listens carefully and assures you the issue will be resolved.

We had Travis and his team back again to help us with our HVAC system. After 3 more years of keeping our HVAC alive, it was finally time to pull the trigger. We contacted Travis, and he came to our rescue once again. While he was on vacation, he kept in touch the whole time texting us to make sure his team was on it and got our new system up and running. Again, he was on his own vacation helping us out. I don't know any company, let alone any friend, that would do that. I called at 6:30 am. They were out here by 9am. Very fast, friendly, and efficient. Did not try to up sell or break the bank. Replaced my mom compressor, and I went ahead and got the maintenance plan. The young man told me about the maintenance plan, but he did not try to push it on me. That's why I decided to get it for my moms unit .

Last night and today were one of the most brutal days I've experienced in awhile in NC. I have children,animals and I'm also handicapped and heat makes my issues worse. I was able to call and get same day service and then Nick called me back knowing I needed help here quicker and sent his other guy here in his place named An thony and he was incredibly fast but thorough and advised us on a couple things we needed done ASAP and showed us what it was and waited until we got the air working and was able to answer ALOT of questions that were so helpful. Thank you to both gentleman that helped and we will be setting up some additional stuff our unit needs done for a great price. I would recommend American Comfort Services for your HVAC needs 100%. American was easy to schedule with even on a hot and busy weekend and were here the next morning to work on our AC. The technician explained everything to me and completed the work quickly for us. Very happy with their service!
