8pm in the middle of a heatwave our AC gave out. My husband made one phone call and within an hour, Marty from Service Pros was in our driveway!
We were honestly expecting the worse case scenario and that didn't happen -
He got us up and running in a couple of hours and has the unit stable until he can get back here in a few days to finish up.
I can't say enough good things about this entire experience, prompt, pleasant, professional and considering this was a night time emergency call it was not unreasonably costly.
Highly recommended for your HVAC needs, I will happily be handing his info out any time anyone needs service
and on top of all of that he's just a nice guy =) he had no problems with our idiot dogs or the orange cat which means a lot in this house ♥

I called Marty and within a couple of days I was on the schedule and the installation was complete. He responded promptly to my calls/texts and provided an accurate estimate. The day of the installation he was on time and communicated arrival by text. I appreciate his flexibility in using parts I had already purchased and taking the time to answer all my questions. He was conscientious about keeping the work area clean and made sure to clean up once he was done with the installation. Payment was easy as he accepts credit cards and was for the exact amount that was estimated. I would use Marty for future HVAC installation and repairs as he was professional and exceeded my expectations.

Marty provided excellent service. Called on Saturday morning and he arrived within about an hour to fix our A/C unit when all other companies would only make a weekday appointment. Highly recommend Service Pro! The technician who came out was fantastic, super professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. He diagnosed the issue in minutes and had our AC repaired and running in under 20 minutes. My house is cold again and my wife is happy. Couldn't ask for better service! I will definitely be using them for all our future AC needs.

I haven’t had many experiences with A/C repair but I know from now on, I’m not calling anyone else (if I need to). Quick, responsive, friendly, professional and just a straight shooter. Seriously, I cannot stress this enough, if you’re having issues with your A/C and need someone, give Service Pros a call. I can guarantee you that you won’t be disappointed and although AC repair is never cheap, you will be happy with the outcome if your were to compare it to others.

Marty was quick to respond, kind and very reasonably priced. We had another company give us a run around for a few days but Marty came in less than 24 hours and fixed our heating issue. Will definitely call them again and definitely recommend
