I am renting a condo in the Pinehurst area and over the past few weeks I have had problems with the air conditioning. 4Seasons Air is the condo owner's choice and they are now mine. They have been here on three last minute call ocassions and even though they needed to order parts each time they left me with functioning air conditioning .including over a three day holiday Today when it stopped working, I called and had a technition there within 15 minutes. My air is back on and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend these people to everyone.

They were actually in the area when I called for an unexpected A/C shutdown. I've noticed my neighbors have started using them as well! They arrived quickly and had the A/C frosty cool again within an hour. And it didn't cost an arm and a leg...Well done 4 Seasons!

Hands down the best HVAC company we every used. We’ve been using them for the last 5 years and everytime we have them come out for maintenance or repair, it’s right. Well priced, on time and professional.

Heat went out on a very cold, rainy day. I called and their serviceman was already in a call in the area. He was at my house in 20 minutes and got the heat working while he ordered a needed part. The part came in quickly and was installed professionally and quickly.

Excellent customer service; Excellent technical service. I want to give big thanks to Mike, Keith, and Susan. My AC went out on a Tuesday late afternoon and they were all super friendly, patient, and genuinely wanted to help get it back up and running as soon as possible. Thank you!!

Great customer service and technician. Arrived as scheduled. Explained to us our unit, as we are from the Notth and not familiar with the heat pump. Came back as promised with the correct sized filters.
Came highly recommended and can see why!

I'm taking time to write this review because I hope I can help someone who is as frustrated as I am, dealing with contractors to help us at our house. So hard to find honest people who do good work. I started using Four Seasons in 2008. I did after having many frustrating experiences, not just with HVAC companies, but getting good contractors in general. I have been so amazed at 2 things. One, how honest their sales guy is, Eric Clapper. He never has tried to oversell us. There have been times, he has had to explain why something is going to cost us more than we needed. But, there have been many times, where they save us money from what we thought we would have to spend. Secondly, how many people we know, who get a quote from another company and then speak with Eric or Mike from Four Seasons. The other companies will under quote them, not mentioning things that will have to be done, which may be electrical work or something that is very costly. Sometimes, we hear how our friends go with the other companies, to later be told how there needs to be more work done at a higher cost than what they were quoted from Four Seasons. They get our friends, who just see the lower price, to later see our friends really mad and upset. Or, our friends realize that Eric is giving them an honest proposal and they go with Four Seasons from the beginning. It has been 9 years I have been using them and since about 2002 since my wife starting using them. So, for what it is worth, just know that what they propose will be valid and they will do great work and back up the work they do. I hope this helps those looking for honest folks in this business.

I highly recommend 4 Seasons for anyone looking for heating & air service. We have been with them for several years and today reinforced why. Our heat went out around 8:00 this morning. We called 4 Seasons. Keith called back to let us know a technician (Dylan) was on the way and should be at our house within 20 minutes which he was. Dylan was very polite and professional. He fixed the problem and explained everything clearly. Thank you to 4 Seasons and technician Dylan!

Kevin came by today and quickly addressed our A/C issue. He was detailed, thorough, and took the time to explain the problem to us. Best of all, at the end of the visit, our problem was corrected and the cost was $89. Other service issues we’ve had in the past have been $250+. I’m glad I Googled for another HVAC contractor and found this company.

4 seasons installed a HVAC unit and a dehumidifier. The HVAC unit replaced a 16 year old unit and the dehumidifier was installed to resolve a high humidity problem we were experiencing. Both systems are performing flawlessly. Our electricity bill has also gone down due to a more efficient unit. Mike Smith and his team did an outstanding job, 5 stars. We have used 4 Seasons for over 10 years and we would not use anyone else.

My AC units quit working and from the time I called until the technician was onsite was only 4 hours. The HVAC technician was super knowledgeable and fixed both of my AC units within an hour. Their customer service is incredible. I would definitely recommend Four Seasons Heating and Air!

4 Seasons is the best from the construction of our home and six years later with the maintenance program!! Angel our tech is awesome! Great business where you still feel appreciated!!

Four Seasons Heating and Air installed a three-tiered system in our new home in May 2015. A blower in the AC system broke over the Christmas Holidays and they were professional and prompt in fixing the problem at no charge. The two Technicians, Brandon and Don, were friendly and knowledgeable. I'd recommend Four-Seasons to any new home owner. Great service and they stand by their work.

Great work and quick service. They identified the problem in my broken AC and fixed a bad capacitor in the system in only about 30 minutes. I will definitely give them a call in the future.

Our technician Jason was very knowledgeable and professional and explained all he was going to do. He serviced both our a/c units and air handlers in a timely manner. I would recommend this company for any a/c issues you may have

Great customer service. We had our heat go out right after New Years. Dylan, the on call tech, was out quickly, troubleshoot the issue, made a temporary fix and got the right parts on order. A few days later he was out with the right parts and got everything running better than before. Dylan is a great guy and we highly recommend Four Seasons for your HVAC repairs

My husband called at 9:00 last night to report a problem with our AC. Within minutes we had the name of a tech who was on his way. Paul arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem and was on his way within 35 min. Our problem was solved, we were comfortable again and the customer service was fantastic. Highly recommend Mike and his staff.

We have had a very good experience with 4 seasons over the past 5 years while they have been servicing and repairing our heating and cooling systems - including the geothermal system. It is clear that everyone on their team cares about the customer experience and they strive to be the best in their business.

This company is amazing. The owner Mike is super kind and compassionate. My husband was taken into hospital in critical condition. Then my heat crapped out. I have 4 children and this was one of those nights it was going down to 16, super cold for NC .
Mike came right away and made it a priority. I couldn't give them a higher recommendation. They took something really stressful and made it manageable. I am truly thankful.
