I am renting a condo in the Pinehurst area and over the past few weeks I have had problems with the air conditioning. 4Seasons Air is the condo owner's choice and they are now mine. They have been here on three last minute call ocassions and even though they needed to order parts each time they left me with functioning air conditioning .including over a three day holiday Today when it stopped working, I called and had a technition there within 15 minutes. My air is back on and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend these people to everyone.

The tech charged me for a leak search but could not find a leak. He wanted to fill the system, a 1 1/2 ton unit with less than 8 lbs of Freon that would cost $40, but they charge $506 to do this. He then would come back in two weeks and not charge me for a leak check but I would again have to pay $506 because it would have all leaked out again. I told him not to fill the system and they charged me $214($130 for leak check and $84 service call) even though he didn't find the leak. Another company came the next day and if not immediately, almost immediately found the leak(king valve). I told Four Seasons that they should at least reimburse me for the leak check if not the entire $214 as they did nothing. No response which is why I am writing this review. If they had done the right thing and reimbursed me I would have been fine, but they are still charging me for something I had to pay someone else to do.
