I called and spoke to someone in the office and they said someone would call me back to set up an estimate for the work that I needed done. No one ever called to set up an estimate to look at the work that I needed done. This company doesn’t keep its word and doesn’t care if they do estimates or not ? Not reliable at all.

In Response to Chase B. We have no record of any calls from you. Maybe you have mixed us up with one of the other companies you have rated with the same review you gave us. We are a honest small business and we work very hard for our customers. Please don't give bad reviews on our company if you don't even know us.

In response to Ken Reed. Your ex wife was well informed of what was going on with her 26 year old system. She was told up front not to put that kind of money in the system because of its age and the fact that she said she was going to get a new system in the fall of the year. She was showed that her system wasn't going into the AC because of the reversing valve not letting the system switch from heat to cooling. She was the one that wanted to make the system switch to where the ac would work because it was starting to get hot during the day, so it could buy her some time to save for the new system in the fall. So your welcome that she now has Ac for $800. Any other company would have charged double that, or would have not done it at all as I wish we would have. Now here is the kicker on this issue with her , and you can take it up with her. She was advised not to put the money into the old unit and she said she didn't care she wasn't paying for it anyways that her ex would take care of that. As to not coming back to do a New system, which is what she said she wanted. No we didn't want to get involved when she asked for us to give her a quote so she could turn it in on her insurance. We are not in the business for insurance fraud. When you ask us to do illegal things your not going to get us to help you anymore. Our company is honest, you can slander us all you want. Our work speaks for itself.

I can't say enough how good this company is. They always find a way to come through. We have used them for everything from major install to "HELP THE HEAT IS OUT!" and they always comes through. And of course they are friendly, know their business, and coordinate with everyone like permits and electricians. Look no further than Freezin Flames!

Had an issue with the heat pump, he came out and said it was the reversing valve. 2 weeks later he finally shows up with a new one and installs it. Nothing changed, we still had no heat. Cost $800 . Tried to get him to return to see if he could do something else and he said we just needed a new compressor or a new heat pump. He should have know that the first trip when he put his gauges on it. Refused to return, his wife said he didnt have time for us to contact someone else. Just seems like we got screwed out of $800 for nothing. Called another repair man, he found and corrected the problem for $130, will not go back to Freezen Flame

Phillip replaced my old dryer vent with 4" hard pipe and serviced my AC. My old dryer duct work was semi-ridged which can trap lint, leading to blockages and fire risks. If you have semi-rigid you may want to give Phillip a call. I have peace of mind, knowing no fire risks and may even save on my electric bill! Affordable pricing and clear communication.
