I called Mike to snake the main sewer line in the house. He no longer provides this service, however, he was very helpful on the phone. Not only that, but he actually called me back 2 days later to see how I was getting on. Who does that?! This is a guy who cares and who you can trust. Mike is my new plumber. Thanks again, Mike.

Mike was very responsive and came to do a non-emergency job (install a new kitchen sink & faucet, swap garbage disposal, and replumb the pipes) 2 days after I first contacted him. I half expected the "we'll try to fit you in next month" response when I first called (like so many other places these days), but we were extremely happy to only have a short wait (I know a lot of times your wait for service just depends on a little bit of luck and their current schedule.) Looks great! No leaks! Very professional all the way around. Thank you!!!
