Charged $248 to replace outdoor faucet Woodford AFH outdoor faucet ($15.00 at box store) $189 to replace Ball Valve ($25.00 max. at box store) $105 to re-route 6 ft of plastic pipe, $20.00 to put a piece of 18 inch installation on pipe. Never had to get on his knees to crawl said he was there over 2 hours in which he lied about because I have a camera showing when he arrived and left. Did work before giving an estimate. Total cost $602.75 . That equals to approx. $35.00 in parts and $527.00 in labor $40.75 in taxes. Have to add work was good but he is not honest and will take advantage of you if given the chance.

He replumbed our bathtub & did a great job. He clearly explained things upfront & throughout the whole process. I'd recommend using him since I'm very pleased with his work & his honesty.

I called Mr. Hansen to replace my water heater. He found the same model as the original (State direct-vent) and put in extra effort to ensure it would fit the same tight space. No tankless sales pitch, no switching to electric; just a straight-up replacement. He was on-time, honest and direct. And he kept to his quoted price, despite the difficulty of fitting the tank in its original space. Great job and great guy.

He was able to come out on a Saturday in the rain when our water stopped working and discussed ALL available options even if it meant him not getting the work. Then when he was replacing our pump for the well it was discovered that the previous owner had down a poor replacement that was not anywhere near the depth the pump should be discussed with us again on all the possible outcomes with the replacement. He went above and beyond at every step we will defiantly give him our business again when any other issues arise
