Technician would not listen as we explained our problem. He kept saying it was our room air conditioner kicking off the breaker. That was impossible since it has not been plugged in since last November. We asked him to check and see if we had any loose outlets. He checked by shining his flash light on them. When we tried to talk to him, he threw his hands up and left by slamming my door. I had to get someone else out to do the work.

Efficient friendly

Ordered carpet though Home Depot, which uses a third-party installer, Romanoff Renovations. They cancelled the installation with little notice due to a problem on their end and put me at the back of the line. Will never order carpet from Home Depot again.

Disappointed that there were so few employees there. Wanted to see about having someone come out for an estimate on new vinyl porch railing but couldn't find anyone. Had only 1 person at service desk with. Customer for a very long time so I gave up!

Everybody has their own perspective on their experience at any retailer. It could be positive it could be negative spend depending on the individual. My experience has been absolutely outstanding. The knowledge of the individuals specifically. Greg in yard care /garden was exceptional. But it wasn't just down to one individual. Everybody was warm, friendly, positive and welcoming. Your competitors could do much to learn from how you staff, the individual areas and the quality of the staff that you provide shoppers like myself. This is not a sponsored ad. This is a genuine appreciation from a genuine shopper.
