I had a concern about an item that was put on a report for my listing, all I wanted was an explanation and I didn’t quite know the process well. Spoke with inspector Greg Simmons and he was very rude and disrespectful and it was obvious he thought his time was far more valuable than explaining his findings.

I’ll never recommend this place to anyone.

Just moved to North Carolina from New York, let me start by saying the last comment I don't know what is wrong with the guy from the last comment but dealing with Greg was a great experience. He did the home inspection for a few hours and I followed him everywhere he explained everything he was doing, told me the issues he was finding and he even pointed them out and told us what can happen in the future. He did not rush us and you can tell he has great customer service skills. I would use him again and I will be referring him to people I know. Thanks Greg for the best customer service we have received moving here to North Carolina.

He did a great job breaking down everything in a detailed report, and also talking to us through any issues after the inspection was over. He was reasonably priced and was honest and trustworthy. We would 100% hire him again and recommend him to anyone.

Greg was incredibly thorough and took his time giving us both an explanation of what we were looking at as well as maintenance on appliances for longevity. If I have anyone looking for a house and needing an inspection with a professional with both knowledge and experience, I would recommend Greg hands down.
