I booked this company to wash the interior and exterior windows of our home that was going up for sale on Aug. 25, 2022. I booked the appointment in March or April, 2022. I spoke to John in mid-July to ask him if I was still on his books for Aug. 17, 2022 and he said I was. I called him on Aug. 16 and asked if he would still be at our house the next morning at 9 am, the time he told me in mid-July. He told me he was in TN and that he could do the work at the end of this month. I told him that was too late. He said that I did not have an appointment. I told him I had called him in July and verified this appointment with him. So we were not able to have our windows washed for our house showing; yet I booked this months in advance and even followed up with a call to verify this about one month before the services were to be completed.
