Very unorganized. Did not relay our needs to cleaner and went weeks with inadequate services. Requested our billing for months and would not send then the cleaner did not show up due to non payment. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.

This company call me every other day, sometimes 3 times in a row. They even called back while writing this review. I have told them many times I am happy with my current company and to remove me from their list. It is now beyond harassment. Yes, I am reporting this company.
....and 23 minutes later, Jantize called me again.
My company number is, and has been, on the Do Not Call Register for a long time.

We were referred to Jantize after we moved office suites and the previous tenant shared that they had a great experience with Jantize.

We are nearly 4 months into using Jantize as our office janitorial team and we are very happy with their services. Jantize is a reasonably priced service and David is quick to respond to emails/calls and accommodate as needed. Additionally, Ronald is very thoughtful in his approach to cleaning our suite and does a great job ensuring our office suite is clean.

I had Steve come out to price me to clean my gutters that were beyond horrible, growing small trees not kidding, gave me a great price, arrived on time, no mess left behind. My gutters are on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor of my home depending on what side youre viewing from. 10 of 10 would highly recommend 👌 👏. Will have them out again when the time comes. Keep it up!

OMG!!! Steve just pressure washed my 30+ year old house and it looks brand new! He did an outstanding job on the house and our vinyl fence which was covered in gross mildew. After cleaning the outside of the windows he dried them down. We’ve used others before and they’ve done a good job but nothing as thorough as this. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a top notch job.

This company does an outstanding job cleaning my home and other buildings on the property. I have used them twice and I asked to be placed on their call list for yearly cleaning. The price is fair and everything is perfect when they are done. They even cleaned the children's swing and play set. It is nice to work with a quality company.

Carpet was wet for a long time. I had to use fans to speed up several hours of drying. I feel the few spots I had could have been removed/significantly less then what it was as after cleaning.
