They were 45 minutes late. I had a 1015 to 1215 arrival time! 2 did arrive at 1 pm.. I said I was disappointed.. one said. Well, we didn't know you had anything else to do today .! Not good.!!!! Very wet mop on hardwood s, one did dry when I commented. They missed fireplace surround and bar top.. the rest looked good

We've used the service for about 7 months now and have been very pleased overall. The staff always shows up on-time and quickly get to work. They are focused and organized, strategically working their way through the house. While not every single clean has been 100% perfect, the staff and ownership have been SUPER receptive to feedback and always improve on any areas we think might need more work. I feel safe with the staff in my home, even while my family has been working remotely during COVID-19. If you're looking for a cleaning service, I would definitely recommend checking Two Maids & A Mop out!
Update: We're at 12 months and we still really love the service. Casandra and Shanah are our favorites! They always do a great job when they are out to clean.

This company was referred to me by a neighbor.I was impressed first of all with the warmth of the booking agent.The young ladies felt like granddaughters immediately, but they had a strong work ethic as well as warmth.I have booked on an ongoing basis and asked for the same two young professionals!
