All Phase did a great job for me last week as they have in the past! Cody did the fall maintenance on the HVAC and then Luke and Scott really helped me out with 4 plumbing projects! So glad they have added plumbing to their services!

The All-Phase technician, Thomas Williams, was very prompt, courteous and thorough while performing maintenance service on my heating system. Tommy was patient and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

We called about a fan on our outside unit was making a noise not normal, they was able to come out that day and give me an estimate and fixed the issue. This company is very through and have contacts to get other services ie plumbing to help with other issues identified. Thankyou so much for the quick response and service, Thomas was very professional, and suggested a yearly contract to help maintain service on both our heating and air units inwhich we selected.

Luis was absolutely amazing! He is awesome at his job and I appreciate how much he genuinely cared about getting my heat turned back on. He went above and beyond to help me with my warranty parts. And because of him I will only do my business with All phase heating and air! Thank you Luis!

Brad agreed to fix an installation problem caused by the previous business owner, which shows his integrity and commitment to customers. His techs did a great job - they left the area around our HVAC units looking better than when they started. I highly recommend All-Phase.

Great company to do business with! They installed a new heating and AC unit in our home almost a year ago. We recently had a small problem and called them for service and it was a very easy process to schedule on their website. Once they came out and diagnosed the issue, they realized that they had missed something in their install which lead to this problem. There was no charge for the service call. What company can you say would see a problem and accept responsibility these days? Integrity is the best word to describe the service received. Great communication and service, and not pushy with selling additional products.

Tommy Williams came out 12/3/25 and did our Winter Service Check and he was very professional,knowledgeable and nice. He advised and showed me the readings of his ck up that all was good. That was important to me rather than a tec just saying "All OK". I will call All Phase in the spring of 2026 again. Every one I talked to there was very courteous.

On Monday, 2 Feb 26, the coldest morning in the past 20 years, one of my HVAC systems was not working properly. I contacted All-Phase at about 9 AM and they had Cody to the house at 12:30 the same day. He quickly diagnosed that the problem was caused by an incorrect setting in my thermostat. He corrected it immediately and also corrected another thermostat for a separate system. He then checked out the inside and outside units.
You can't beat the quick response and the professionalism of the technicians at All-Phase. Great folks to do business with!!

I interviewed 8 different "Duke Energy Contractors" in my search to replace my 44 year old AC unit and my 25 year old water boiler. At every step of the process, my interactions with every member of the All Phase Heating & Cooling team was professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with.

I want to give a special shout-out to Alan Albrecht, one of the salespeople at All Phase. Even though all 8 salespeople were Duke Energy contractors, he was the only one to explain the various rebates that were available. He quoted a very reasonable quote for the job and never waivered from the stated price.

Other salespeople attempted to "Wheel and deal" (their words) and even tried to entice me with "What if we drop the price by another $1,000?" or "We want to move inventory so we can drop the price by 15%! What do you say?" These tactics immediately removed them from consideration.

On the day of installation, Bradley and Landon arrived at the stated time and went immediately to work. The contracted work required them to remove the interior air unit handler, the water boiler (still full of water!) and the exterior cooling unit. Even though faced with a copperhead snake under the exterior unit, they removed all three large, heavy units with professionalism and cheerfulness.

Evan Rye, the son of the owner, was on hand at the start of the day but was called away to attend to other matters. Jay, a fellow manager, arrived to ensure that everything was installed correctly and professionally.

After a full day (10 hours) of work, Bradley, Landon and Jay were still cheerful and respectful of my property, taking the time to sweep up the smallest pile of dust, pick up every loose screw that had fallen and left the basement cleaner than when they arrived.

Investing in a full heat pump / HVAC replacement system is a serious financial commitment. I have no doubts that the work that they did will serve me well keeping my house warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

To anyone reading this review and considering which company to trust, I cannot give a better recommendation than to work with All Phase Heating and Cooling. They are a family-owned and family-run business in Winston-Salem, NC. They will give you value for your money and the security of a job well done.

Cody and Jayme were awesome. We devoloped a freon leak at a joint that needed repairing. In the 8 years after we built this house this is the best our heat pump has worked. Cody caught a setting in the air handler that 5 other companies (2 repairs and 3 planned maintenance) missed.

I signed up for the annual home care club & my first visit was scheduled for today. If I had known more about All Phase earlier, I would have scheduled this visit 2 months ago. I've used another company for several years, but decided to switch because I felt like I couldn't trust them. Long story short, it seemed like they were always trying to sell me something I didn't need or find ways to up-charge me. Today, Luis from All Phase came out. He was very professional and patient as I explained my concerns. He then inspected my system, corrected several issues, and throughly explained everything he did. None of these corrections lead to additional charges. He adjusted settings. (Although, if something did genuinely need to be replaced, I would understand that. Just be honest. "Don't rip me off" shouldn't be that much to ask.) Since Luis finished, the heat does seem more consistent throughout the house. Plus, the system genuinely seems to be working better. I'm very relieved. You have to be so careful who you hire anymore. I would highly recommend All Phase and Luis. I hope to be with them for years.

We contacted All Phase for an opinion about our furnace and had a great experience! Specifically, Kyle N. and Matt S. were professional, honest, and trustworthy. They had very competitive pricing and made the experience not stressful.

I had a HVAC system replacement. All Phase gave me several options, based on brand, efficiency and cost to select from. They answered all questions and concerns of the possible choices.
Installation and follow-up has been superb. Each of their technicians has been competent, polite and respectful of our home.
We are very pleased with our new system.

A customer for life - my family has been using All-Phase before and after a management change. They installed two new HVAC units in our hundred year old home. There were a few challenges and the upstairs unit leaked water. They instantly made it right and had a drywall expert out the next day to repair the ceiling. 2 years later, a part broke under warranty, though the refringent was not covered. They provided this free of charge. Every technician is friendly, reliable, and on time. This is the only HVAC company I would recommend in Winston.

All Phase provided wonderful timely service to my emergency request for repair to my furnace! Cody Ridge efficiently and professionally repaired my furnace. One of the co-owners, Gina, was also very helpful.

Luis replaced a major part of my HVAC system which restored my heat! He was very professional and took his time to explain how it worked along the way and was very kind! I am incredibly grateful for All Phase, Evan and Luis for all the time and effort they gave to me ahead of what is shaping up to be a winter storm in the next few days.
