I don't normally post reviews but QRC has been great to deal with during a recent installation of new HVAC system in our 15 year old home. They are very prompt, reliable, thorough and up front with all details. They pride themselves on professionalism and it shows. Technician knocked his ladder against a corner of my wall. The filters the company sent are 1/2" smaller than the size they should be, so I provided my own. If I used their filters, they would bang up and down every time the unit came on and off. The technician had no information about my system, this was the 4th time someone has been to my home. The technician left but left his tools and trash on my front porch.
