Trash cabinets

Made a special trip here, filled out their info form over 4 weeks ago. Still waiting for their designer to call me. Meanwhile another company has already been here and I gave them a deposit on a 45k kitchen remodel. I hope they miss the profit.

I was disappointed with the limited selection of cabinet colors they had. There is only one line also. The showroom had some very pretty sample kitchens, but nothing close to what I was looking for. The lady in the showroom wasn't helpful and a bit rude, so I went elsewhere

My wife and I are working on a remodel and working with Jennifer Plemmons at Marsh has been a great experience! We greatly appreciate the attention to detail our project has received and are so excited to see our new kitchen dreams come to life!

We were sent here by our builder and met with Jennifer Plemmons for a design layout for our kitchen. I was nervous bc I love to cook and had exactly what I wanted in mind. I did not even have to go into those details with her, she designed it for a cook! She went above and beyond, and created me a WONDERFUL kitchen, and wonderful bath vanities. It took my breath away when I saw the drawings and the little details she added were wonderful. She did not try to add in a bunch of fancy upgrades (like things inside drawers and such). She was so responsive and even replied to me on weekends (which I would not have expected!). Unfortunately, because of an issue with our builder I will not go into, we were unable to use her although we really wanted to. She was the one to explain it all to us (not our builder) and she was so honest, even knowing she probably would not get the job. She really went above and beyond in so many ways. If I ever build again, I will make sure everything is lined up properly so we can use her. If you are building, go see her! If you are a builder, let her design your kitchens!!

I should have listened to my instincts and used a different cabinet company than what my builder said to use. From the very beginning customer service, communication and feedback were scant to nonexistent. It amazes me how expensive the cabinets were for what we really got. The installation guy was nice, at least. But really? 1person to install cabinets in a house? That made me wary. The actual cabinets aren't any better than I could've had from Lowe's-not the high-end feel all the old-timers in NC tout Marsh for. I have never had such an lackadaisical sales rep. He really couldn't have cared less what I needed or wanted. He was more interested in telling me what I couldn't do or what wouldn't work. I should have been more forceful in my opinions I suppose, but everyone was saying, "D***** is the best, oh he's been doing this for ## years" and "he's so busy." Maybe he should move forward in time with his attitudes and knowledge and if he's too busy to get back to someone in a reasonable amount of time, they need to hire someone else. Seriously, we have a brand new house, I spend a lot of time in the kitchen and everyday now I have to look at all of the things that would have been done differently if someone would have just listened to what I needed and wanted. I think this may be typical Winston-Salem: stuck in the past and willing to put up with mediocrity (e.g. restaurants, painters, HVAC, electricians, etc.). Heads up people: just because something has been around forever doesn't mean it should be if the quality and commitment aren't there.

We used Marsh Kitchens of Winston Salem for our kitchen remodel early this year (2015). To be clear, we replaced all cabinets, plumbing, electrical, counter tops, appliances lighting & flooring. All of these things can be a nightmare for a family as they try and marry all of the new materials and products together, not to mention keeping up with the contractors & scheduling. Our rep Shane owned the entire process.

Shane was thorough in gathering information needed to complete the project from itemizing our wants and needs and matching those dreams to products that fit our budget, and also exceeded our expectations on practically every level.

His professionalism as well as his consistent follow up and follow through was a fantastic experience and we were equally impressed at how quickly we were back up and running.

Additionally the service and attention to final finish after completion was exemplary as well. All promises kept and promptly I might add. We couldn't have been more pleased and impressed with the service as well as the quality and follow through this company provided.

Marsh kitchen in Winston designed an absolutely beautiful kitchen for a some close friends of ours and we are very impressed with everything that was done. Even if it was not our very own kitchen (not yet anyway) we got to see the whole process from beginning to end. From choosing cabinet colors and style, countertop, backsplash, placement of appliances, sizing of a new kitchen island, under cabinet lighting, automatic interior cabinet lights my wife and I were highly impressed. Needless to say when we decide to revamp our kitchen we will go no where else except Marsh Kitchen in Winston.

I am an area home builder and we use Marsh for all of kitchens. Marsh’s sales representative we deal with is Joel Somero. He is excellent to work with, he is a great communicator and if there is any issue with a cabinet he straightens it out quickly. Our homeowners are always so impressed when they see the cabinets. I also worked with Joel for my personal kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room. Very impressed with the customer service and quality!

Marsh kitchens designed us a gorgeous kitchen. We have beautiful quartz countertops, under cabinet and interior cabinet lighting. When you open our cabinet doors the interior cabinet lights automatically come on. They helped us with placement of appliances, maximizing storage and our overall design. The staff has been so easy to work with and we are so happy with the job that we received. I recommend them for your kitchen remodel. Thank you for my dream kitchen.

Marsh did an excellent job on my two bathrooms and laundry room. They did a great job on design and best use of space as well as the finishing touches. I would highly recommend them for your next remodel.

Great value and customer service. Our kitchen looks beautiful. I was able to design my dream kitchen and bathrooms for a very reasonable price with a high end look. I recommend Marsh to all of my friends, I love that they are not only made in American but made in my hometown of High Point, NC. Ask for Joel! Very knowledgeable designer and salesman. I didn’t feel pressured one bit and I could tell he’s been doing this for years.
