Excellent customer service on the initial call in to this group. Sam called me the morning of service to ask a question, so he could be prepared. This is the first time we have used this group and are very satisfied.

An absolute nightmare. They took 4 days spread out over 4 weeks on projects that should have been done in a day or 2. The holdup was one worker who refused to do the work on a deck the right way, he never did fix it his boss came and did the work. I just can't recommend them because of 1 guy not doing the work the right way

Super nice guys, helped fix some glass panes in my windows and fix some electrical.
They are great at communicating with you and get it done right and swiftly.

Summit Services missed spraying parts of my building ! I was told by Dean Smith Jr. he would install a gutter for free on the back of my building. It NEVER happened ! I’ve called him over & over again with NO RESPONSE ! He needs to keep his word to his customers .
I would never hire this company again and would NOT recommend then to anyone ! The one STAR I give is to much

Called Dean on Thursday, scheduled a visit for an estimate of work for Monday and got a separate job completed by Sam the same day. Quick, dependable and quality work done with attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Great people to work with. Will be using them again.

I am a small business owner with a HQ in downtown Winston Salem. We've used Summit Services several times for a variety of different projects - from installing new overhead lighting to assembling furniture. Dean and his group are always prompt, professional and helpful - while getting the job done. I highly recommend!

SAM did an excellent job today completing several tasks-some major, some minor. The fee was highly acceptable and you would be wise to use Sam at Summit! He is knowledgeable and highly skilled. I was blessed he was my technician today. I highly recommend Summit.

Robert, Alan, qnd Ryan came to my home today 4/5/22 to install new gable vents and remove leaves from our roof. They did an outstanding super job!!

I truly appreciate the remarkable service I received from summit service group! Sam, Tim, and Dean were so wonderful and came almost immediately upon me losing power in my kitchen... they worked so hard figuring out the crazy electrical lay out of the very old house I live in and fixed the problem so fast I was astounded. They even fixed another minor electrical issue I had been having the whole time I lived here! Hand down the best service I have experienced thank you so much!

They did some very slow, sloppy work for a lot of money. They came back once when I asked them to fix things, but it didn’t get better and I gave up because we were very busy at the time. My email at a later date was not returned. I would definitely not recommend.

Summit replaced/repaired a fence that had been seriously damaged by a fallen tree. They provided a very reasonable estimate and performed the work on the agreed-to date. Alan and Sam were tremendously capable and finished the work in a timely fashion. The get high marks for customer interaction as they were both friendly and described the work well. We will hire them again.
