My wife and I experienced a flood not long after we had completed a remodel of our kitchen and refinishing of our wood floors. I reached out to Kevin at Camel City Restoration to inquire about the work and immediately knew they were the company I would use. They were completely professional and I sensed their desire to do high quality work. We were assigned Todd as our project manager and like Kevin he was detail oriented and did a great job. Hopefully I never have another disaster in my home, but if I do, I will call Camel City Restoration immediately. Oh, and by the way, they finished the work the exact day they said they would. Great people, great company. I am happy that I found them.

Angel and Nic were very specialized in what they were doing to the house that had water damage from the ice and snow storm. They were very curtesies. I would definitely recommend Camel City Resteration. Thank you guys!

We experienced water damage at 2:00 AM and immediately began calling companies that advertised 24-hour emergency service. One company never answered despite promoting 24/7 availability, and another told me their after-hours crews were not responding. Thankfully, Camel City Restorations answered right away. Khristy took my call and was incredibly responsive, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process.
Even more impressive, their crew arrived within an hour. From the moment they stepped in, they were respectful, organized, and clearly experienced. I am very particular about my home and extremely careful about protecting my belongings, but they went above and beyond in carefully covering everything and ensuring my property was protected. They also made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned afterward.

The entire job was completed in a timely manner, and the quality of their work was exceptional. In a situation that could have been overwhelming, they delivered peace of mind and outstanding results.

Preston and Bryon were absolutely outstanding, I was blown away by the quality of Camel City Restoration. I didn’t have a major emergency, just a small project, but they tackled it so well. In two days they completely rebuilt a cabinet for my kitchen under my sink which had some water damage and even repaired a previously cracked door. Very reasonably priced. They have great connections with plumbing as well and were so efficient. I would (and will) hire them back in a heartbeat. Shane and office staff were all amazing too.

Flood emergencies are stressful, but this company made the process manageable. Despite the late hour, their communication was excellent and their staff was very respectful of my home. What impressed me most was their integrity; they refused to cut corners despite pressure from my insurance provider. They ensured the restoration was top-tier and acted as a true advocate for me as a homeowner. I highly recommend their services!

Calling Camel City Restoration has been an absolute blessing and incredible experience. I had some water damage to my rear patio door and needed a new exterior door and new trim. Bryon Wilson ( the project manager I spoke with) even personally came out to oversee and assist with the installation. While doing so he showed what should’ve been done on the initial installation and what they would do to prevent the damage from recurring in the future. 5 out of 5 would recommend this team to ANYONE in need of restoration, fire damage, water damage or just even remodeling. We are incredibly thankful for Camel City Restoration and their outstanding service. We experienced a potential water issue on our newly built auditorium stage at Friends Baptist Church, and from the very first conversation, their team was exceptional.

I spoke with Danny Gelatt, who immediately took action and had someone on-site right away to assess the situation. He clearly explained the process and put us at ease. Shortly after, Christian and Angel arrived, installed the necessary equipment, and handled everything quickly and professionally.

Thanks to their responsiveness and expertise, the issue was resolved so efficiently that it was as if it never happened. We are extremely grateful for their care, communication, and professionalism, and we will absolutely call Camel City Restoration again for any future restoration needs.

Camel City Restoration helped me with very extensive damage to my house. I had two trees fall on my house a year apart. I was still getting the damage fixed from the first tree with a different contractor when the second tree fell. I fired the first contractor and hired Camel City Restoration to fix the damage from both trees. They helped me navigate the insurance issues from two different claims and gave me the peace of mind that it would be taken care of properly. It was the first time in two years that I felt like a contractor was working for me versus against me. With a majority of my house in shambles, they were able to get everything fixed and had me back in what felt like a brand new home in 6 months.

Needed help quickly to save wood floors in basement. Called SERVPRO and how quickly they got to us was amazing. The service was the best you could imagine and my wood floors ate saved. Jason is an amazing young man and does just what he says he will do. Great company and a friend for life. I highly recommend SERVPRO !!

Trey, Devon, and Isaac went right to work on damage from a fire in my home. Servpro wasted no time getting equipment into my house to start drying it out. During a horrible experience, it was nice to know ServPro had us taken care of. We had a major leak and called them out immediately. Isaac and his team showed up prepared and most importantly calm which kept us calm. They stayed until all the water was up and the dehumidifiers were out. They returned the next morning and started the demo process. Issac was always professionally, informative and always kept us up to date on the progress. We are extremely pleased and would highly recommended ServPro.
