Above & Beyond! Joe is so pleasant, professional and kind. Always takes the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer any questions. We had an unrelated issue with our dog today and without us asking, he stayed and waited till we got home from work to ensure our dog was tended to. Consistent with the man and service we've always received from Advanced Pest Control/Tree & Shrub!

They did a great job quickly diagnosing my tree problems and helped me look at the rest of the trees in my yard and gave me great advice. Great company!

Advance Tree and Shrub were wonderful. They responded quickly through Yelp for my need for a certified Arborist. They arranged a time within a day or two. Came and looked at my Nellie Stevens Holly trees and diagnosed the damaged ones as damaged by a Yellow Belly Sapsucker woodpecker. There were holes all in the trunks that I didn't notice. When I showed them another issue they sent a picture off for a diagnoses. Within a couple days I received an answer, which was the same as the arborist, Michael, I believe, thought. They did all this work and didn't even charge us. He also looked at my hydrangeas in the same area and gave me excellent suggestions for their care. I can't praise them enough for the excellent and knowledgeable advice they gave us. I will definitely use them in the future if needed.

We installed new landscaping with mulch and shrubbery. A few of the shrubs started dying on one side. Joey came out and quickly identified the problem. It was the soil we brought in to add to our landscaping beds. Who would have known. Our shrubs are now looking happy again thanks to Advance Tree & Shrub!!

We have enjoyed the service for the past two years. Had a tree removed and two trees braced, which were preformed very well and professional. Currently using the insect/disease treatment to keep the shrubs and trees looking healthy, so far the plants are looking very healthy. I would recommend this company!

The team removed some of the HOA leaves they originally blew onto our property. We are grateful for the amount of leaves they removed.

We woke up Sunday morning to find that a giant branch (at least a foot in diameter) had fallen from a tree in our front yard onto the sidewalk and street. The sidewalk and half of the street were blocked. It was much too big and heavy for us to drag out of the street. I texted Sandy Moore at Big Oak Tree Services on Sunday morning and he responded within a few minutes. We were concerned about the branch blocking traffic and possibly causing someone to have an accident. Sandy came out that very day, Sunday and Mother's day, and cut up that huge branch and hauled it away. The tree looked rotted where the branch had been and we were worried that another branch might fall and hurt of kill someone. We got HOA approval to remove it and Sandy came back Wednesday and took the whole tree down. We are so grateful for his quick response and excellent work.

They came out, looked at what we needed, and made the whole process easy.
