G & J has been cleaning my carpeting at my homes here in Raleigh for almost 20 years. Great folks and they do an excellent job.

What a beautiful family owned business. From the beautiful lady who answers the phone down to when the two men knock on your door was worth the call. I definitely referred alot of people and I will be getting the rest of my floors done.

Beware near their work vans. Very dangerous driver in their van at 12:30pm friday sept 27 in Bedford community on wide river drive in wake forest. Tail gaiting and speeding with no regard to public safety!

Have used these guys repeatedly for years. They are quick, efficient, easy to work with, and will make your house look amazing when they are done! Use them- you won't be dissappointed . And the best part- they are really nice guys.

Had the best experience with G&J Carpet. I have been looking online for a carpet cleaning company. I contacted them they came out, and cleaned my whole house at an affordable price. They got stains out that I was told by other Carpet Cleaning companies would not come out, I was so happy with them. FYI: They clean carpets for the BBB, if the BBB uses them you know they have to be a good company.

Completely uneventful, as it should be. The easiest experience I've ever had with a contractor at my home. Scheduling took one phone call. The lovely lady that took my call answered on the third ring, didn't put me on hold, spoke PROPER English, gave an estimate and scheduled an appointment in less than 5 minutes. No second guessing, no double-talk, just honest straight forward pricing. (1803 sq ft of carpet for less than 3 hundred)

The day of my appointment two grown men showed up a few minutes early and were freaking smiling at me when I opened the door! (College age kids just don't have the work ethic anymore.) They're wearing matching shirts and hoodies and holding a metal clipboard with my printed estimate.

They didn't try upselling me, they didn't suck up to me or play any games, they just cleaned the carpet. Every piece of furniture that could possibly be moved was cleaned under and put back in its place. They even talked sweetly to my super shy rescue dog. It was obvious these guys had worked together a long time, they barely spoke a word to each other but worked in harmony like one finely tuned machine.

When it was all said and done, the carpets are clean, the original estimate is what I paid and I couldn't be happier. Call this company if you hate all the upselling and catch-22 coupons from national companies.

George and Mike came today and cleaned an awful lot of furniture and two rugs. They were on time and did a quick job but I'm not sure how thorough of a job. My furniture wasn't visibly dirty to begin. The prices are unbeatable. Two very nice guys and I will probably use them again.

These guys are amazing. All dozen of my dog’s pee stains are completely gone and the carpet looks totally new. They even got out a stain from a previous owner that I couldn’t get out with the rental wet vacs. Could not be happier!
