Great company. I have been using them for the last couple of years. Whenever I call them, they are prompt in responding. And the best part is - they do their job in very professional manner. I will definitely recommend them. Moreover, their charges are very reasonable.

Youssef did an excellent job. He was here right on time and even managed to squeeze us in two days early, which was crucial in the July heat. He walked me through every aspect of what he was doing, explaining what he was checking for. He gave me extra tips on how to care for the unit properly. He fixed the problem quickly and even got our warranty company to cover more than they typically do, which saved me about $1000. I will definitely be calling him again!!

My family is extremely grateful for Youssef and his company when our AC unit went out this summer. He communicated effectively and timely. He made sure the job got done! He also provided us with other resources that our home could benefit from.

Youseef was Stellar! It was short notice when my AC broke and fixed it quickly. He was very flexible in his schedule. He showed up and was able to diagnose and fix the AC unit within 30 minutes of his arrival. He was very nice and caring of the home. He was very respectable and considerate when talking to me. I really enjoyed his company and his work speaks for himself. He is a great tech.

I cannot give a review that fully explains how amazing Youssef is! Our A/C went out and even with a warranty we were quoted 2,000 from a company trying to take advantage- I was given Youssef’s information and he came to save the day! Youssef was here working on the A/C the next day IN THE RAIN! He used the warranty so it was very inexpensive! I might add I had no clue how to find out if it was ‘registered’ and they figured it out for me and I am so grateful for that! Communication was perfect and they send a link to track the drive so I knew exactly when to expect him! Highly recommend this company. I am confident that if you go with Youeseff you will not be disappointed!

Youssef came to do preventative maintenance for my air conditioner. My unit is quite old, however Youssef was very familiar with how the system works. Youssef with a Smart Refrigeration was GREAT! Very good at fixing our older HVAC units to help them last longer. He was on time, courteous and knew his stuff! Fixed or updated several items in a short time period, outside and inside (installed a new capacitor in the air handler in the attic, and one on each unit) Our system is purring once again! Thanks Yousseff! Plan to contact them again as needed.

Due to needing to replace our heat pump, we contacted Youssef of Smart Refrigeration Services. He was so helpful and easy to work with. Youssef put together a list of units and the prices that would work for our home situation and then reviewed them with us. He installed the unit and a programmable thermostat that is quite an improvement over our last one. I highly recommend Youssef for his communication with us, his timely installation and for cleaning up everything after the installation. He also helped us with the warranty and setting up the app on our phone.

Keeping my promise as this review is well deserved. We have used Smart Refrigeration Service for 3 years and have done everything from seasonal tuneups to minor repairs, to full commercial system replacement and we have been nothing but extremely happy and satisfied with the quality of work, level of integrity, great communication, and fair pricing.
