I had a leak under my house and Eric with Flow Rite came out and was able to fix it in a timely manner. He was not only efficient but very professional and courteous too. I was referred to this company by my neighbor and am very glad I called. I will be calling them in the future should the need arise!! Thank you for the wonderful service!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Not because of the work done but because of the exorbitant cost. I was absolutely appalled by what I was charged for a straightforward plumbing job. As they had been recommended by my counter top installers who arranged their services for me, no quote was offered. As a result, the owner, Mike, seemed to think he could take full advantage. Disgraceful. He was most unpleasant, insulting and nasty when questioned about his ludicrous invoice. He attempted to charge me over $1600 for at most a $600-$700 job. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY

Brent did an unbelievable job changing out a hot water heater for us in Chapel hill. He is a professional in the true sense of the word. In addition to the heater he also addressed and advised on several less critical issues that would have become major issues. I would recommend him, and Flow Rite, for absolutely any plumbing job you may have

This man rear ended me then stopped returning the calls to his insurance so my claim was denied. I wouldn't trust him with anything regarding your home

I called Sards plumbing, talked to the representative she stated they were busy and working on a big job. Which was understandable but the plumber would squeeze me in as the last stop of the day. Iwas told to text my address and the plumber would contact my tomorrow. Needless to say it was a no call no show!

I have used Sards plumbing to repair my well pump, replace toilets, faucets and most recently replace the kitchen sink. They have always been very responsive and have done quality work.

Sard’s replumbed our house, replacing all of our Quest pipes with PEX. I did not want to wait for the dreaded mass failures.

Sards was efficient, did a great job, and we are totally happy with the work. We have no leaks related to the replumb, at this date, over a year later. Solid!
