Was about to close on a house, but the inspector found issues with the foundation and plumbing. Basically the work to fix the problem would cost just as much as the house! He saved me a bundle, worth every penny.

Daniel was very knowledgeable and spent the time to answer/explain anything we asked him. I felt he checked EVERY knook and cranny and had a very thorough inspection. Also showed us potential issues and suggestions to prevent an issue from occurring . I would absolutely recommend him.

Daniel was personable and very efficient. He was able to accommodate my short notice time frame. What sets him apart, I was looking for an inspection to be done within 3 days. I received a bunch of no’s. I spoke with Daniel he also stated he wasn’t available but would keep me in mind if his schedule opened up. Still unable to find anyone within my time frame, Daniel called the day before and asked if I was still in need of an inspection. I was really impressed with his level of customer service. The report he provided was very thorough with photos and clear descriptions of what needed to be addressed. If I could give a 100 stars I would.
