We had a tree fall on our garage and when I called he dropped everything to come and help.

This company is awesome! I had a cat up a tree and she couldn’t get down. We tried everything! We called these guys and they were here in just an hour or so. He climbed the tree and had to swing over to the tree the cat was in which was nearly rotten. This Manly Man was so gentle and got the cat in a crate and lowered her down. He said recusing a cat was a first for him! Thank you Ultimate Tree Service! I will certainly be your personal advertiser and spread the word!!!

Ultimate Tree Service did an excellent job in cutting down all the trees we needed cut down. They were awesome in the clean up process too. We had a certain amount to cut down, but added a few more, but they didn't mind at all. Excellent customer service from start to finish. If I need more trees cut to be cut down you will only find Ultimate Tree Service in my yard cutting them down. No job is too big that they can't handle. I had 9 trees cut down, with 3 of them being huge pine trees, but they did without any issues. It only took them 2 days to cut them all down, remove them off my property, grind the stumps and cleaned up the area. Totally amazing in the workmanship of their team to include grinding up the stumps. You can't beat their price. A great company working hard to make a living without taking advantage of their customers. I would recommend them to anyone and further more give them, not 5 stars, but 10 stars. This business was name Alton Tree Service before. I hired him along with my neighbor to remove tree and stump. Took them 3 weeks to removed 4 trees from my front yard and that was done on April 24,2022. He still not yet to finish the job that he wrote on my receipt, “will be back to grinding the stump”. It had been 2 months and 8 days now, that I had been calling Mr. Alton to come back to finish the job of removing / grinding tree stumps. I paid him in full, because of what I thought its a string of bad lucks of many stories that Mr. Alton told me. The last times I spoke with him was June 18, 2022. He told me the guy that he paid to remove the stump will be at my house next week. Well, today July 3, 2022 and my front yard still looks like hell, and those 4 stumps, still in ground, waiting for Mr. Alton crewmen to come and finish the job. My neighbor’s yard still littered with all tree stumps, in which Mr. Alton kept telling him the same sob stories that he is telling me. If I had known this will happened I would never hire him. And to see all the good reviews he received that he finished the job within the last month is very irritated me. Here I am being very patiently, waiting, and thinking that he must have the most bad luck ever of running his business this year with all the stories he told us. I will give him one more week before I will file the complaint with BBB and see what will happen after that.

Today is 3/2/26, I am still waiting on my Christmas lights to be taken down. I have reached out multiple times and received no response. I requested at least half the payment back since half the job was done, still not response.
once lights are taken down I will update review on when they were so you can use your judgment this season if you’d like to wait as long.
